The Starbucks located @ Capital Plaza on Annapolis Rd has a young staff. The drive thru is very busy, and there is some foot traffic. It would be helpful if the staff pay some attention to the customers who walk into the store. I was there today and watched as the staff focused a lot of time and energy on the drive thru and maybe the mobile customers. After a 7 min wait, I had to ask someone to take my order. Once someone did come to the register, there was no apology for the wait time....nothing. The barista was not overtly rude, and it would not have taken more than 5 seconds to acknowledge the wait.

I recently moevd to the area, and the team here always makes me feel welcomed. My drink/food is prepared when I arrive, I'm greeted with a smile, and they remember my name. Great service overall, and glad to make this my new go-to Starbucks!

Unfriendly, not like a typical Starbucks usually is. I understand they are tired by the end of the day and it is a very busy place but still.

I go here a few times a month and it's a gamble as to whether or not the drinks I get are made correctly. The barista often forgets to include syrup, doesn't use any toppings, or even has forgotten the coffee(!!). The only reason I hold out hope is because it's the closest place for coffee around me.

Receipt no. 666077. Every drink made wrong! I had to go to the counter for 3 of my drink. He took it add whatever was missing on top and didn’t even apologize. Worst services. The drink of course is nasty. If ur just going to add the missing ingredient at the end is not going to taste right. I actually use the rest room at this location! No soap, no toilet paper. Bathroom was so dirty. Yes if u check the receipt we order 5 drinks. My husband and daughter they didn’t want their drink fix cause they didn’t want to bother the crew!

This Starbucks location is much more expensive than the average (and the average Starbucks is already expensive!). A tall Pike Place (so we’re talking a basic drip coffee) is $3.80 after tax. At most other locations it’s around $3-3.10. That theme continues with the pricier espresso drinks. Perhaps not surprising given its location across the street from a major tourist attraction. Just know you’re getting a bit fleeced here!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been so far. I went there this morning around 5:30am and the store was very dirty…When I was leaving the restroom a mouse crossed my way…it was a little baby…so, I wonder where the rest of them are…I couldn’t even enjoy the coffee I had ordered because I couldn’t stop thinking about the mouse inside the store.Disgusting!!! ?

I love this Starbucks. I like to get here early for a red eye and breakfast. It’s across from the zoo (see pic) and blocks from Woodley Park and Cleveland Park (my old stomping grounds). Friendly staff if you get to know them!

This is my ‘local’ coffee shop. It is nothing fancy, but the service from Amir was excellent today. Starbucks will grind the pound of coffee purchased at COSTCO or Giant. The latte I ordered was a treat that I enjoyed while sitting with my therapy dog Bea.

The staff is incredibly rude there was a younger black man that made my coffee and I just asked him for a straw he would not even look at me and just pointed rudely to the wall. I'm never leaving a tip at Starbucks again. That was the rudest behavior he should not be working in customer service he should be stocking shelves at night time if he can't deal with customers

They messed up my order, and instead of fixing it, the man who made the drink was rude to me and said “it’s what it says on the cup”. Well, it’s not my fault the cashier messed up my order? I ended it up just taking it because there was a lot of people, and I’m not one to make a fuss, but it was so frustrating. I’ve never had any other starbucks ever refuse to remake a drink if they messed it up.
