Love at first sight. This tiny corner market deserves all the praise it gets. Gorgeous, clean, everything I’ve bought here is excellent quality. The cold cuts, the bread, the meats, and the pies are top notch. Love the potato salad. Best I’ve had. Try to go during off peak times because it gets very crowded.

This was one of the best pastrami sandwiches I have ever had - probably actually the best. And it ended up being 3 meals for me.
Stachowski's Market is a chef driven Butcher Shop and Deli in Georgetown. We specialize in beef, pork, chicken, veal, wild game, lamb, and seafood. We make our very own pates, sausages, pastrami, smoked ham, smoked salmon, bacon, pastries and baked goods. We work with local farms procure specialty meat and vegetables. Straight forward, mile-high sandwiches and catering.
