Chris and Ross rock! I came in with my old man and his girlfriend and they don’t know how their phones work, but they took the time to make sure all three of us got the new phones and cell plans that made sense for us. They hooked it up with an Apple Watch as well all for less than I was paying for my old cell service.

Thank you so much to Kay she made my experience today with T-Mobile great! Very knowledgeable, polite and must importantly very professional. I was very upset on how I believe the guy name was Leo was very Useless and rude with a nasty attitude maybe today was just not his day. But still no excuse to treat a Customer, just go home. But Kay helped me and my family with being apart of T-Mobile.

I visited this location last Friday in search for a phone for my Mother. I was greeted professionally and my sales representative (Kay-Kay) was very knowledgeable. My Mother phone had major issues in the recovery process but the representative was patience and reassuring all data would be recovered especially photos. All data was recovered for her new phone., she was happy. I would like to thank Kay- Kay for her professionalism & patience with us.

I was told to come in to troubleshoot an issue with my phone, and when I arrived was told they do not provide troubleshooting for technical issues in-store. Wasted my time

Absolutely horrific. Two of the women working there refused to help me and were loudly discussing their bowel movements. The one employee who they forced to speak with me had no idea what he was doing and smelled of marijuana. I was also promised a $200 credit for switching and was then told that was not an active promotion after I had already signed the paperwork. I cannot emphasize enough how much I regret switching to T-Mobile. Go with literally any other carrier.

I went to buy 2 iPhone 14. The customer service is terrible, they discriminated and racistized me since they did not attend me when I was due, first other people who arrived after me attended. just because the vendors and customers were of the same race and I was not served because I was Latino.

This is the most convenient T-Mobile Store for me... Blocks away from a Metrorail Station...Close to other stores that I shop at.... The customer service is excellent.

Harassment and Bullying by employees.Memories still hunt me from last year at this store.Nakina P. and Ayesha I. harassed me while I was at the store and created a very hostile environment!One of the regional managers reached out and offered a subpar form of compensation that did not match what I had experienced.I am extremely disappointed that Tmobile would allow such nefarious behavior by their own employees.I am still traumatized to this day.

Wanted to switch to T-Mobile, but they didn't have the Ultra 21 512 GB model I wanted in stock even though I specifically asked for this model (I was giving up a SD slot, so a 256 wouldn't work). They rang up the 256 and started the transfer. Only when the tech asked me which files did I want to delete did I figure out he has the 256 model. Once I figured out the confusion I said I would come back when they had the 512's and would stay with my current carrier. They charged me a restocking fee since they couldn't sell it as "new" (really?) and ON TOP OF THAT, TMOBILE SENT ME INTO COLLECTIONS FOR NOT PAYING FOR A PHONE LINE I NEVER HAD! Amazing terrible service T-Mobile ... and I really wanted to switch ... my business will stay elsewhere.And for the eventual response from the owner, save it. Unless you're going to send me $75 for the restocking fee and $78 for sending me to collections your response is useless.0 stars.Edit - T-mobile - are you ready to give me a $153 discount if I switch? This the the bare minimum to provide me with a better experience.

They quoted me a monthly bill of $120, and said that it would be higher for the first couple months until the promotions processed. The monthly bill ended up being $148 and never went down. Don't get scammed by these dishonest employees.
