He was able to ensure we could have programs for our upcoming concert in a time crunch after our printer was unable to execute the task. Not only that, but in the limited amount of time we had to get them done, the 400 finished programs included full color front and back pages - which was unexpected, but made the programs look almost exactly like our usual ones. “Classic Art of Brookland "goes the extra mile to make you smile." It was clear from the moment we arrived that helping people is their passion. The custom sign on the wall "quality is never an accident" really exemplified what Classic Art is all about. We arrived with 7 art pieces including a custom designed one that was very special to us and an older sports memorabilia piece left to me by my late grandfather. The team at Classic Art took extra special care with each piece. We felt welcomed and treated like family. With each piece, they provided recommendations for framing, matting, and glass casing. We did not feel pressured into being upsold and truly felt that Classic Art had our best interests in mind. They provided expert advice on what color and style of frame would work well with each piece and patiently listened to each of our thoughts and questions and offered great feedback. They completed the job quickly and when we arrived to pick up the pieces, they unveiled each piece, which looked better than we could have imagined! As an added bonus, they added a double mat free of charge to the custom designed piece because they felt it would really make the piece stand out (and it did)! We walked away with more than just great frames, we walked away with solid recommendations, great company, and a business that we will refer to anyone with framing needs! “Went to get a couple small things laminated. They asked if I would want to have them done in a single piece and then cut them separately since it would be cheaper. They even showed me how to use their paper cuter to make sure I wouldn't cut too close and damage the lamination. They were very kind, friendly, and showed excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“You can’t beat the quality and prices. I have two concerns, one major and one minor. The response time can be improved. That’s a major concern. The font on my mom’s obituary was supposed to be lavender but came out in a deep purple. In any case, they were beautiful and I’d use A Digital Solution again and would highly recommend them.”

“The fedex location I usually go to has become so... hostile. The emoloyees are always in a bad mood and always seem so rushed and overwhelmed and the wait was always ridiculous. So 3 months ago I sought out a new location to use and even though the Mildred street location is 3 times the distance. It is soooo worth it. Parking was better. The location was clean and so straight forward. The wait was non existant, their employee Jim and the younger guy working with him, were so helpful and informative. I was in and out of there in no time and their positive attitudes made my stressful day better. Thanks Jim for your patience, good advice and great experience. ?”
