“I use this location pretty often. Leonard helped with last minute shipments I needed to get out on a Friday for arrival on Saturday back in September. Most of the shipments made it, 2 were delayed (no fault of the store). The store team helped me sort out a partial refund.”

“Worked with Fausto today to ship a refund back. I unfortunately did not have my return label cut out of the paper and when I offered to do it if he let me borrow some scissors he said he'd take care of it himself, which not many other places have done. He had a great attitude and was super helpful. I also like how close to the metro this location is, it's so convinent.”
“Went to get a couple small things laminated. They asked if I would want to have them done in a single piece and then cut them separately since it would be cheaper. They even showed me how to use their paper cuter to make sure I wouldn't cut too close and damage the lamination. They were very kind, friendly, and showed excellent customer service. Thank you!”
