The store is closed during regular hours with no notice or sign. I called just an hour ago and told the attendant I'd be coming in, but he gave no indication of an early closure.

Tried to get a sample on Saturday after Thanksgiving from this store. Both employees were watching television on their phone/iPad when I walked in and had showed zero interest in helping. When I asked for a sample I was told the piece of paint I had brought was too small for the scanner. I politely asked if we could try and was told "no". Throughout the process the employee interacting with me was watching something on is phone. I later went to Benjamin Moore and they had zero issues scanning the piece of pain and producing a sample. Don't operate a store if you have employees who have no interest in being there or serving customers!

This Sherwin Williams paint store is superb and the employees are very intelligent and helpful they take care of you very fast and the has everything you're looking for, prices are very good fantastic paint store.

I came here Friday morning and was greeted with nothing since the associate was on her cell phone. I finally walked up to her to get attitude as she told the person on the phone to hold on. I asked for 1 gallon of flat and 1 gallon of eggshell. She said she only has semi gloss in gallon cans and got back to her personal phone conversation. Needless to say I went to Home Depot and got everything I needed without the attitude.

This Sherwin-Williams storeis never crowded and the employees are very intelligent they will never pressure you to buy other products that's not on your list.
