Had a great experience using SHELTER! Used them to custom make a custom engagement ring and it came out beautiful! Coming in knowing about nothing on engagement rings, Magnolia walked me through all the steps helped me pick out styles and options I liked. They are very knowledgeable about stones and metals to use and what looks good. Could not be happier with the outcome. I felt the price was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend!

Mallory, Magnolia + Team are the best of the best! They were lovely to work with and made the jewelry design process so easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I came in with some ideas of what I wanted for an engagement ring, and the renderings perfectly captured what I had in mind. My fiancé made the final decision, and I'm not kidding when I say my jaw dropped when I saw the final product. They were very mindful of his proposal plans and had the ring done in plenty of time. I highly recommend going here for all your jewelry needs. You won't regret it!

We had an exceptional experience working with Mallory and her team to design an engagement ring. I had been a fan of Shelter for many years and hoping to work with the team. My dream came true and the experience surpassed my expectations. We had the main and supporting stones as well as a band as a starting point for a new design. With Mallory’s creative skills and keen eye for detail, we ended up with the perfect ring for me. We really appreciated the time, thought, and personal touch that went into the design process. The design process was also very efficient considering we were working with the team during the 2023 holiday season which was a busy time. We highly recommend Shelter and this entire process from start to finish to create a design and ring that feels deeply personal and that you will cherish always.

We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands from shelter. It was a fantastic experience. They were extremely patient while we picked settings and very helpful when my husband needed his band resized before our wedding.

I trusted Shelter to reimagine a beloved family heirloom—a small diamond ring that belonged to my grandmother. Much of her jewelry was chosen by my grandfather as gifts, but this was a piece she had purchased for herself. I wanted to preserve the simple elegance of her solitaire but make it more wearable; its high setting snagged easily, and the prongs were all but worn away.
I was amazed at the level of detail throughout the design process. After sending in the ring and some inspiration images, I received four fully rendered options for resetting the stone, each one offering multiple photorealistic angles so I could easily envision the outcome. Shelter sent a range of different options to respond to since I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. I made small tweaks to two of the designs and then received wax castings of my top three settings. The castings were extremely helpful for getting a sense of what each option would feel like on my finger and how it would pair with my other jewelry.
I am so thrilled with the new ring! The original setting was simply unwearable, and now I wear it every day. It’s comfortable and sits flush with the diamond band that marks the birth of my first daughter. The new design has a bit of modern intrigue with the off-center curved band, but overall it’s simple and timeless—a piece I’m sure to pass on to my children and grandchildren!

I worked with Mallory and team to repurpose an old diamond into a new ring, adding a sapphire. The process from start to finish was fantastic. Mallory and team were attentive and walked through different options. In final piece is beautiful and unique. Would highly recommend Mallory for a custom design.

Avoid purchasing their welded bracelets. Despite claims of durability lasting for years, mine broke after only two months of use. When I reached out for a resolution, I was told my only option was to buy a new bracelet. I don't recommend this product.

My fiancé bought me my engagement ring from Shelter and I LOVE it so much! Magnolia was great. She worked with us to design a custom ring. We could tell that all of our meetings were met with care, thoughtfulness, and efficiency to make sure we got everything we wanted. Shelter truly made my ring dreams come true. I get so many compliments on it too! We will definitely be back for jewelry purchases in the future.

We purchased wedding bands for our elopement at Shelter and had an incredible experience. We came in a little less than a month before our wedding, which we knew was pretty short fuse. Magnolia and the team were able to get everything done perfectly and in plenty of time. They really went above and beyond in our case, in ways I’d never have expected.
I fell in love with a beautiful band that wasn’t in stock in my ring size—the manufacturer had a $300 rush fee, which I gladly paid. A day or two after finalizing my order, I got a note that the manufacturer had found the ring in my size in their stock, and they refunded the rush fee.
It would have been incredibly easy for the team at Shelter to keep the fee. I’d never have known the difference, and I’d still have been thrilled with my experience. But their honesty and customer service were truly exceptional.

Me and my boyfriend got permanent bracelets here this past weekend and it was so nice! The process was super fast and easy, and we are so happy with our bracelets. Definitely recommend this place! Plus it’s in a great location, right next to the Urban Market.
