I'm not going to blame Metro Motors Georgetown Shell for my experience. Bottom line Metro Motors Penn Ave repaired my truck several months ago. They supposedly replaced all the spark plugs and coils. The issue with the truck happened again and when I took it to Metro Motors Georgetown assuming it was the same company they assessed the issue and I was informed that some of the plugs were never replaced and they failed. I was told they would contact the other metro motors and see what could be done. Long story short I was charged even more money for a repair I thought was done and I was obviously inconvenienced with having to bring my truck in for service again. No effort was made to have the other shop cover the cost so I ended up paying several hundred dollars more on top of a $1400 dollar bill from the previous repair. I'll let you decide whether or not you want to use Metro Motors the company

Way overpriced I saved 4000$ by deciding to go somewhere else I will definitely never go back nor will I recommend this place to my friends

Elizabeth and her team have been amazing these past few years. They have worked on two different Land Rovers and did a fabulous job on both on the vehicles. I was worried that maybe I'd need a specialty shop for regular maintenance but they continue to surprise me with their ability to figure things out. Our cars run really well and I'm embarrassed it has taken me this long to write a thoughtful review. A truly excellent mechanic shop!

I am so grateful to everyone at this Shell station for helping me. I came into town for a funeral and as I was approaching my hotel, my car started acting up. I brought it to Shell and Jack very quickly identified the issue and worked with me to ensure the car would be ready by the time I needed to leave town. It was an emotional weekend and I cannot say what a relief it was to have someone look after my car trouble and be flexible with my schedule to allow me to focus on time with my family. Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with as well and kept me informed on the progress with the car. The car was fixed and I had a smooth (7 hour) drive home!

I'm from out of state and was in Georgetown for the day, while staying at my friend's house for a couple weeks in Arlington. My car started to make a really loud scrapping sound. I called this Shell service center and they said to bring it on over. It was right around closing time so I left my car there overnight for them to trouble shoot in the morning. I also asked them to change the oil. The car stopped making the noise a block from the Shell station but I still wanted it checked out before I was to drive it back to Michigan. They checked everything out, checked all the belts and hoses and fluids and found nothing wrong. (Something must've gotten stuck under my car?) Anyway, all they charged me for was the oil change and my car was ready by 10 AM the next morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! This was in January, the car is still running great!

(Cross-posted on Google reviews as well) I brought my car here after receiving a really high estimate from the dealer (to be expected, but still it was excessive) and the staff here, especially Elizabeth, went above and beyond researching the problem and recommending more cost-effective solutions. Elizabeth also stayed in contact with me and gave me regular updates. I appreciate the due diligence and trust metro motor when it comes to my car for maintenance and/or repairs.

I would like to thank the good people at Georgetown Shell for the outstanding and professional service I most recently received. I am from out of town and when my car became disabled, I received a tow to and excellent service from this station. Elizabeth and others were able to order the parts that were needed and have my vehicle fixed and ready the following day. Thank you all, and I would recommend this station for your service needs.

It's a bit ironic that the business is now telling me to reach out. I raised the problems via text and in person when I picked the car up and the manager was very clear that he would not fix the issues. The gentleman who runs the little sundries shop was very sympathetic. The manager was not at all and dismissed me and has lost a customer. Note: Bobby is no longer working here and as a result I can no longer recommend.
