I had an amazing time at this Sephora. When I tell you the customer service was above and beyond it really was! If you ever go ask Taylor to help you. She did great and answered all my questions. She even helped me find a good color match. My birthday is in 2 days so I chose the free skin care kit. I also love the fact that they make sure you get to that register. I wasn’t offended because I’d rather show that I’m an honest and loyal customer. Don’t come to this Sephora playing security is on point. Even the security guard I met was sweet her birthday is on the 4th. Thank you to everyone who made me feel special. I will be back and be expecting a shout out on my YouTube channel as well!

Andi is fantastic and took great care of me during my visit today. She went above and beyond in my opinion. There are a few locations in DC that are convenient for me but I will be frequenting this store because of her wonderful service. The selection at this store is great.

Naomi is amazing! I was in DC for an overnight and had forgotten my entire makeup bag, so I needed to replace the essentials quickly. She helped me with a color match for my usual foundation and made some amazing brow product recommendations and applied for me. So knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her job. Thank you so much!

unfortunately i ran into very unkind staff and they didn't have a lot of products because they were sold out. i thought asking wouldn't hurt but it did. returned something, left and never looked back..

DO NOT ORDER PICKUP. I'm missing multiple items and they won't process a refund unless I go back downtown and do it in person. Super inconvenient! No apology or anything for messing up my order. Really terrible customer service.

I traveled from Louisiana to attend an special event in Washington D.C. I received excellent customer service with assistance in product selection to full face makeup service. Everyone was friendly, and went beyond extraordinary to ensure that I was "glam perfect" for the event. A special acknowledgment or shout out for Alexia, who squeezed me in and did a beautiful job with my makeup service.

(My name isn't actually Gilbert, this is just a burner account). Anyway, this Sephora is AWFUL. Not the store itself, but the customer service--good LORD! I've been in this place a few times now, and i've NEVER been asked if i need help finding anything, despite walking around cleeearly trying to find something. Workers walk right by! I know sometimes stores get busy, and workers are busy helping other people. But nope, this was just workers standing around gossiping and causally walking around. Wasn't busy at allll. I saw at least two other women who were also looking for help. Obviously we CAN go ask someone to help us...but i wanna know why their customer service is so bad that they cant pick up on an obvious hint when a customer needs assistance. Its pretty clear that their mentality is "well if they want MY help, then THEY can ask for it." Which, hey, technically yea that's true. But i'm like... they must not want to actually help otherwise they'd have offered it to me. And that makes me not want to "bother" them. Find some new employees cause the current ones are horrible.
