Great customer service! I bought two handcrafted ceramic mugs for my cousin’s housewarming party. One of the mugs broke prior to her receiving them and this small business replaced the broken mug, no questions asked! They shipped it to NJ very quickly too. I’m very impressed and I will continue to support them!

I am totally getting sick & tried of bad service! ELLY (hood old Kate) needs a new profession! First she Never spoke once to me (black girl magic) but spoke to the white folk! I can for the last time for a request from a friend! Racists are taught! You don't-want my black money! Then ok! I will let my friends know! I have always Said Union market means for us! White folk because there not but one maybe two black owned businesses Also you should give bags to your customers

I think the 1st time I came here was in 2014. I stopped by here over the wknd to waste some time before soul cycle class in the front lot. They have unique homegood items for adults as well as children. The store reminds me of a brick and mortar Etsy shop. I purchased lotion, salve and an art sculpture jewelry holder. I really respect that they ask each customer that walks in to put hand sanitizer on and signs posted informing customers to keep masks over nose. Every store should be like this. I'm glad they have an online presence to purchase.

Wonderful shop in Union Market, but I was saddened to see that within their tightly curated collection of cookbooks, there were none by local chefs and authors. Seems if they want to promote themselves as a home grown business, they should help promote others in the community. Maybe by the holidays they can get some on the shelves. Otherwise, nice stuff.

Found a pair of earrings that I loved, and was going to buy. I asked a woman who worked there if she could take it out of the case so I can feel how heavy they are. She did no problem, and walked away for a minute to do a price check on them. The MINUTE the employee walked away and I still had the earrings in my hands, another employee approached me and was 2 feet away from me...staring and keep in mind she didn't say hello or how can I help you or even smile...just staring. She was staring at me with her arms crossed until I put them down and said I'm not interested anymore. She then walked away and did the same aggressive behavior to another woman who also left immediately after. How are you suppose to get sales when you're treating everyone as a shoplifter?!
