Unfortunately there is no service here. There are few goods in the store.
I wanted to buy a bag, despite asking twice from the sellers I was accepted. not served. These stayed behind the counter and played on your cell phone. I waited by the bags. After about 20 minutes I left the store. I definitely won't spend my money here!

Not sure why the service here is so poor. I get better (and more polite) customer service at my local CVS.
Went to return an item that was on sale. The customer support online said I could return it in the store even though it was final sale. Took the label and item to the store but was told you can only return final sale items through shipping if customer service lets you return the final sale item - which they did.
The store rep was pretty dismissive too which made me write this review.

This center has many applications. Ask from them. The center has all your needs. Clothes for children, women, men, perfumes, but honesty in application is better Anyone who is accustomed to ordering online will not know how to buy directly ?

Overall had a good experience. Bought a new suit, with a few dress shirts. I am looking forward to wearing my purchases!
I also expected to buy a pair of shoes, one of the shoes was missing. I didn’t think anything of it because most of the shoes had only one of them available. I went to the register after I couldn’t find a sales associate. After asking the cashier if I could get assistance and handing her the shoe, she took the shoe and put it on the counter behind her and said, they would not help. I questioned why, and she appeared irritated, and informed me they did not have enough staff on to assist me and if I insisted on buying the shoes I selected she could take down my information and if they found it on a different day they would call my phone. I understand working understaffed can be difficult and stressful, but it’s not an excuse to treat guests poorly. Had she approached it originally, “I am sorry we are understaffed today and cannot locate it now, but let me set the show aside with your phone number and we will call you when we find it,” the review would have been 5 stars.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a bag from them. They chose to ship my bag with veho delivery a company that is known for stealing customer items. Veho claims to have delivered my item in front of my apartment building and the item wasn’t there as they claim. I filed a claim with Saks and they declined me insisting that the item was delivered to the front of my apartment building so they will not refund me my money. Very disappointed with Saks.

I had the worst retail experience of my life this weekend at Saks Off 5th in Downtown DC. The associate Demi, who rang up my merchandise was on her phone the entire time. She was rude and not helpful when I asked her about the rewards program. When an Item on clearance rang up at full price, she said that is what the price is. I kindly asked to speak with a manager, she seemed annoyed and said she needed to gtfo out of this place. When the manager (Renee) finally showed up, I explained the situation that the item was on clearance (sticker even on the tags). There were 5 more just like the one I had on the rack. There was also a storewide 25% off sale. Renee told me that I got a discount from the storewide sale so what is the problem. She was terribly rude the entire conversation and told me just to return the item. I am shocked by this horrendous retail experience. But it may be commonplace as both employees had similar attitudes. Buyers Be Ware.

This review is for Meekhi. She made my shopping experience rather pleasant. I purchased 2 puffer coats that were advertised as 60% off the price. One of the coats did not ring up correctly. Meekhi assured me she'd review the item in question, did her research and was able to satisfy my concerns to my satisfaction unlike her associate who took a different route. Meekhi was all smiles and was personable. I really appreciated her and how she professionally handled the situation. Kudos to you Meekhi!

Horrible location! Don't waste your time coming to this location. The people who work here clearly don't want to work. I came on the first to purchase a pair of shoes and they claim they couldn't find the other shoe located in the back of the store where they house them! Epic fail! How do employees lose the other shoe? I come back today to see the shoes on the floor! I left my contact information, called, & even texted the store manger & no response! Will only frequent MD & VA locations moving forward! No customer service skills!

Fire those bums at the registers. Who is hiring these people? One lady can’t pick up her pants that her panties shows from the back. Another one just moving so slow as if there isn’t a line getting longer… Jesus Christ man. Unbelievable Saks has dropped this low. Also, can someone fix the building? Building is falling apart on second floor near the fitting room. What’s wrong with this manager/owner? Seriously get a grip dude this is Washington DC show some respect to the capital. Hire better people and fix the building— simple. Invest.

Awful nonexistent customer service!!I ordered these pants in June, in the summer when wearing pants in the south isn't done. I wore them for the first time last week, just took them out of the plastic. However, one if the belt loops fully tore off immediately when I pulled on it very slightly.I did not pay over $130 for pants that are made this shabbily. They are in pristine condition, worn once for a walk, and new and untouched aside from that. How the heck did the belt loop just TEAR that easily?And what can you all do about this? This is not the quality of product that I paid for.Photos attached to show that this is a brand new product. And the tear!Ripoff scammers! I hope their loss prevention fails endlessly.

Horrible experience. I have waited 25 minutes for an associate to help me after I asked twice at the registers to call someone. After the person came his attitude was far from polite, treating me as if I disturbed him from something more important he had going on at the time: rolled eyes, throwing boxes on the counter and an overall hostile attitude. Then it took another 10 minutes of waiting at the registers - not that it was busy, there were no customers waiting as it was around 11.30 AM - as there was nobody there. And if you think I have gotten any apologies for my waiting or thanks for my patience and good demeanor, think again… Nothing, not even “have a good one” for the road… First time I had such a bad experience in a Saks affiliated store - really sad, as we were longtime customers.
