  Customers service was look and staring on the store floor with lacked of job position store representative accountability.Me started waited then two as store cashier corner eye with horse's blinds on waited for the young lady laugh and giggles on the store floor to come by and mentioned that there are two people of possibly needed assistance as we looked and grinning thought that the older lady(head cashier)was the store counter customers assistance.

  🚨🚨🚨NOT ACCEPTABLE 🚨🚨🚨 I went in Safeway to shop yesterday and first thing at the front of fruit is grapes I try to pick a bag up and mind you this is not 1-2-3 day expired this had to sit there for weeks to look like this and I screamed turn around the security looking at me like Im crazy I ask him for store manger and he said I don’t know. he didn’t even decide to take it to back or nothing! I try to find a manger or assistant but no where to be found! This is not acceptable SAFEWAY NEED TO HIRE MORE STUFF TO GO THROUGH PRODUCTS KEEP STORE FRESH AND CLEAN!!! I’ll wait for response or update because this is disgusting & disturbing.

  I was at the door at6am .At 605 they told me that they not opening the door because they waiting for security. I was the only one at the door so if security don't come until 7am that means you not going to open the door.thats crazy.

  First of all, this is the worst ever Safeway that I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty and hood, for lack of better words. It’s a convenient location, so I go every once in a while when I need to grab something really quick. They are supposed to close at 10pm. I tried to walk in with other customers at 9:50pm, and they wouldn’t let us in, said they were already closed. Terrible customer service, I’ll never be back.

  Higher prices than Walmart. It's ok for a quick supermarket run. They finally got new shopping carts. Well stocked. Look at the expiration dates. Some items have expired. Get ready to be hustled on your way into the store

  I placed an order for an event three days prior and the day of I called to confirm and I'm told there store don't do orders like that and to go to another Safeway. How the hell they took the order and then waited to let me know. I had already paid in full and it was a little problem trying to get my payment back. Unacceptable and I am trying to find a vendor that can accommodate 65 people with a few hours to work with. THEY NEED TO PAY ME FOR THIS MESS THEY CREATED...SHIT!!!

  THIS IS THEE WORST SAFEWAY EVER!!! CLOSE IT DOWN..HOW IS IT THAT ONE REGISTER OPEN AND THEN SHE LEAVES CUSTOMERS IN LINE WHILE SHE GOES AND HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND TGEN ITS A PERSON STANDING HELPING IN SELF CHECKOUT BUT ITS NO CUSTOMERS. SO, WE JUST WAITING TO BE HELPED…NOT TO MENTION THE STORE STINKS. WE
  NEED A DECENT GROCERY STORE IN DC.

  Arrived at the deli...placed order.
  Customer service was good
  The chicken was super dry.
  Appears like it's been under the light for some time. Recommend having some some type of barbecue sauce. Keep the meat fresh and tender.
  Amish potato salad was good.
  The potatoes with cheese were good.

  The absolute worst grocery store I’ve ever been in. The neighborhood is horrible and I heard several gunshots around here. This store is filthy, I found several items that were out of date, and there were no price tags in several aisles. If you do plan to shop here. Please beware and double check the dates. This store clearly does not rotate their products. The customer service in this store is almost non existent.

  Worst grocery store ever. The cashiers don’t have any respect for customers. Cashiers are very disrespectful. One cashier even told me I was stupid and being too slow for trying to check out my order.

  In 2024 I have NEVER seen a Safeway so HORRIBLE. The fresh product is NOT fresh. No fresh Broccoli, Greens beans, scallions. Halve of the shelves are empty. The aisles were dirty. No cost effective spices. Where is Management when you need them. Safeway corporation should make a visit, or do they even care?
