Lowering my review to one star. This Safeway DESPERATELY NEEDS an overhaul. I purchased sour cream today and it’s the consistency of water. I’m consistently amazed by how lousy this location is. The doors on their refrigerated areas DON’T STAY CLOSED, so half the time their dairy items are practically room temp. They struggle to keep popular items adequately stocked. I can no longer support this location. Sorry.

I've been to this store 3 times since moving to the area two years ago, and each time they've been out of a product shown on the Safeway website. Parking's a mess and the store's tiny and dirty -- and without the products I'm looking for, no reason to shop here.

The App is not accurate at all, and the managers are likely to lie to you about when you needed item will come in. Don’t bother expecting this store to help you much. Isles are barely big enough to pass other people let alone with a cart. Store is too small to offer any good selections. You are better off going somewhere else if you can.

I don’t think they clean. Someone placed this fruit cup in the baby food section and It’s been there for a week. Everyone is always in your way since the layout is awful. Saw mice. Not many of the staff are helpful or nice.

Lazy! Was at the seafood counter refused to take off skin. Made me wait 5 minutes until the station was covered.

Ordered groceries for pick up. Alerted that groceries were ready for pickup between 5pm and 8pm. Checked in and provided space number upon arrival 5:48pm and received confirmation. After 20 min waiting, clicked the "call store" button and the phone rang and rang and no answer. After 30 in of waiting, called the store directly and got customer service. Explained the situation and person answering the phone wouldn't even let me finish before they started loudly rattling off that they didn't have something or other to monitor the pickups and that I should have clicked "call store." When I said I did click call store but no one answered, they fired back that they have been by the phone all day. Really? They then asked for the name on the order and briskly said it would probably be another 20-30 min wait. I interrupted her and asked why she was being so rude. She denied being rude and said someone would bring order out right away. No apologies - nada. Almost 45 min from arrival and groceries are now in the car. Unbelievable.

Bare shelves. Ad items this past whole week were empty. I tried going at 8am soda still out. San Pellegrino Pompelmo.
11.1.2022 UPDATE. I was on the Safeway app this morning and noticed someone must of made an error. At 6:30am this morning I went to the store and bought 6, 6 packs of San Pellegrino - Lemon. Someone changed the price to $1.09 per 6 pack. I bought 6 of them. Now if you would start stocking the Pompelmo flavor that would be great considering it is San Pellegrino's most popular flavor. SP soda needs more shelf space. No one drinks the SP water.
