Usually this location has decent service. although recently there has been a older lady with glasses on management who is quite rude, and would rather tell you an item isn’t sold in store then to help you find it.
The staff themselves here are great. But management is nothing but disrespectful towards costumers

Between the newly installed bars and gates that make you feel like you're shopping in a prison, and being accused of theft simply for making two separate transactions at the same self-checkout, this place has gotten exponentially more hostile towards shoppers. I immediately reported the latter problem to a manager, but I doubt very seriously that anything substantial will be done to prevent others from being harassed by staff in this way. I've shopped here since I was a literal child with my family, but I'm going to avoid it at all costs from now on.

I guess nobody works here because no one ever answers the phone. I called the pharmacy to check on a prescription and it rang so long, it went to voicemail. So I thought, “I’ll call customer service so they can announce to the pharmacy that they have a call”….again, it rang so long that it went to voicemail.
I called again a few days later, the exact same thing. Safeways in the city are pretty gross/unprofessional but this one takes the cake

Always long lines. 2 or 3 self check out machines usually don't work. The Starbucks inside closes before advertised. Great location, but they took 6 main parking spots for Shop and Stop. The 2 stars is because the workers are nice people.

This particular location is pretty much an easy shop and the produce and pricing is normally on point. The white onions today weren’t truly something that would normally be displayed. The staff is
Friendly and knowledgeable. I rang all my items at the self-serve and bagged it with my environmentally friendly bags and realized that I had left my wallet on my bar. The supervisor at Self-serve saved the transaction and protected my groceries and my bags. Mahalo

Never go to the deli /food place the young black girl in there is rude , she sees you standing there doesn’t ask if you need help / or anything.. you asked to be helped and they ignore you, she has a terrible attitude like she hates her life and working there. Safeway Managers needs to hire people who want to work not lazy Fcks .

No spare carts outside to be used. You'll have to stand and wait for one. Bakery didn't have cake box. Long term employees whom work therefore sometime. New ones you can tell clearly. They're just there. Vast improvement, improvement in every area in the store. All improvement, makes it easy to sometimes except high prices.
