Horrible location I wouldn’t recommend to nobody I spent almost $400 just to receive spoil meats melted ice cream and old produce strawberries where molded and was told I couldn’t get a refund because it was packed the same day which is bullcrap please save your money and go elsewhere and customer service is horrible at this point it’s time for this to go its useless

Came here to make a couple last second purchases. This is not a very good store. It’s small, doesn’t have very good selection and has a moderately sketchy vibe. I would not recommend this store unless you live near by or it’s absolutely necessary.

This, unfortunately, was found in my cereal this morning after opening a new cereal box that was a little beaten up. Definitely lost my appetite for the next few days.

By far the worst Safeway I have been to in the Nation so far. From the can’t get in, can’t get out easily situation to getting told to go to self checkout at the other end of the store only to discover that there is no access to the parking garage from there after you go through the security exit gate. Elevator buttons are confusing as well. Had to wait four times for someone to come punch a code on the self check for multiple reasons. Thought about going to a regular line but there was only one person for that and it was backed up. Will be going to TH from now on.

This store is SUCH a paradox. For example, they have an excellent assortment of artisanal cheeses and (overpriced prosciutto) but apparently so much shoplifting, you have to scan your receipt to open up glass doors that hold you captive in one of the self-checkout aisles. They also have security guards at the self-scan checkouts 24/7, but they also have a Starbucks inside. And depending on whom you encounter, you will talk to either the kindest and most helpful staff person on the planet who will walk with you directly to every item you can’t find OR someone who seems super bothered by your presence (often in customer service). They are more expensive than the big box places, but their produce game is strong, as is their deli and butcher, so I’ll keep rocking with them. I’m so glad they are in the neighborhood.
