I walked Into the store today December 17th 2023 at 3:30 pm I drove all the way to the Rothy’s store with my family to buy a pair of shoes which I do every year for Christmas. The attendant didn’t let me speak or get my point across and he was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I told him it was ok I was not going to buy the shoes and he said OK. He was eating and cleaning his mouth so apparently I disrupted his meal time and at that point I was not a customer I was a problem to him. So sad and unprofessional I willNot come Back to the store.

This location is fantastic and Caylor was a perfect sales associate! She never once rushed our visit (we were 5 very needy women) and literally got us every single shoe we needed as well as perfectly delegated tasks to others. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Maya is THAT GIRL! So friendly and helpful. Didn’t judge me for the million pairs I tried on. I had a pleasant visit coming into the store to try on pairs and seeing what sizes works best for me. Thanks Maya for making my visit worthwhile.

Service was fantastic. There was a wait, which sucks because you stand outside in a line, but once inside the clerks are super friendly and helpful. The shoes are so-so. They are very expensive and sort of make your feet look wide because they don’t hold any form. I grabbed two pairs and one definitely rubs in an odd spot on both feet.

Had a wonderful experience thanks to Victoria. Finding your size at Rothy can be difficult since your size will vary by each shoe design. Victoria was really knowledgable and eager to help me find my sizes in almost all of their shoes. I am waiting for a sale and will buy several pairs for sure then. Had it not been for her, I'd be always hesitant to buy. But I am confident about sizing now.

If you’re coming into the store to look into a pair of these great shoes, please ask for Maya! She was great in coordinating try-ons and answering every question we had. I highly recommend working with her!

Love this place. Got a nice sneaker that I’m planning to wear a ton. Cool that it is machine washable too. Maya - one of the employees there - was so helpful and kind and patient with us. She’s the best.

Staff was extremally friendly! I tried on about 6 different pairs of shoes and they didn't once seem annoyed that I was trying to find the best shoes for me.

If you’re looking for great customer service, run don’t walk, to the Georgetown store and ask for Maya. She is very friendly and helpful and will help you select the right shoe or bag that’s perfect for you. In an era when good customer service is nearly nonexistent Maya proves that it is still alive and well at Rothy’s. Highly recommend!

Victoria provided amazing service! After ordering shoes from the store last week, when the box arrived today one box had the wrong pair of shoes in the right box. When I called the store to figure out my options, Victoria answered and not only immediately ordered another pair for me with expedited shipping but also offered up an alternative pair in the color I was looking for, allowing me to take advantage of the sale that ended today and make sure I have options to take advantage of the deal. This is my 3rd transaction with the team at this Rothy's store in Georgetown, and each time their customer service has been top notch.

Mia was amazing!!! She walked me through the almond loafer, the driver, the points, and the flats! I was in dire need as I have been walking with holes in my sketchers for ever. After a nice lunch in Georgetown I was feeling frisky enough to brace new shops. Rothys didn't have a line, for once, and i was able to come in and try all the different types!I resonated the most with loafers for a casual, comfy, loafer style for standing and working! I'm so excited to take these bad boys for a ride!

Corey(sp?). That's it. That's the review. Not only was his customer service exemplary, but he took the time to explain fits, colors, ordering, and how to make it all work very clearly to me. I appreciated the minimalism of the store, it helped make decisions a lot easier to make, and I thought there was an opportunity to order more, but he dissuaded me in the best, most professional way, possible, because he understood my fit. Highly recommend over just ordering online, and if you have time stay and hang out, they're super polite and gave us extra boxes for a move. Thanks!

I randomly came across this brand last summer. I was curious about the washable material and bought my first pair at this location.The sales women was very knowledgeable about the shoes and simultaneously her regular customer sold me too. I was impressed with the level of service given how busy they were. I really enjoy shopping at specialty stores like Rothy’s because of the friendly atmosphere. The experience was memorable and well worth the investment. I now own four pairs and can’t get enough of how lightweight and comfortable they are. ☺️

I had a great experience at this location. Two very sweet and helpful ladies assisted me even though I had to come in 10 min before closing (sorry again!). I have been wearing Rothy's for several years now but have always ordered online. Do yourself a favor and go in person if you can. They were able to help me with sizing for each style because of how knowledgeable they were. They had everything I was looking for in stock and even helped me get the right fit for my sister who wasn't even there in person. If they don't have what you're looking for they offer free shipping when you order there. The best part about the whole thing is they told me I could recycle the old pair of Rothy's I wore to the store and get money off my new pair. I had no idea that was possible! Highly recommend this location and Rothy's products in general :) Thank you again!
