I like shopping at Ross for the variety of options and the good deals, but this location has honestly the worst staff, the manager specifically is very rude, we wanted to try a few things but they closed the fitting rooms an hour before their closing time. I just gave up on all my purchases and left, other locations have nicer staff.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store. I was really looking forward to shopping there, but I was pretty bummed out to find there were no dressing rooms. Trying on clothes before buying them is a big deal for me, and not having that option made the whole shopping trip pretty frustrating.
It would be great if you could bring back the dressing rooms. I think it would make shopping a lot more enjoyable for everyone.
