The store is good and you can get some great bargains. As a European I'll give the benefit of a different perspective, it's absurd that the security guard who is a few metres from the checkouts treats paying customers like thieves 5 seconds after paying for your items at the checkout. Receipt and bag inspection. A bit of tact and commercial awareness wouldn't go astray. Otherwise a good spot to get some great deals.

Good luck if your customer service representative is Toni - the store manager on duty. She was simply a “NO” type of customer service representative. I agree NO- no respect, no commons sense, no brain cells present. Sorry she has to show up and work in a place where she’s terribly unhappy. Please, someone who oversees her: give her the option to go practice bad attitude at a place where she doesn’t haven’t to serve customers and where lack of understanding is appreciated.
