The staff here are very knowledgeable and honest, and the service is prompt. They fixed my watch after I dropped it on concrete and knocked several of the numbers off the face.

IMO, their steaks are better than at some other restaurants. They are generally very crowded on karaoke nights--Tuesdays.

These folks were amazing and so quick! I went in with one of my watches thinking I needed to replace the battery only to find out the watch doesn't have a battery but it's based on wear for function, imagine that. They did place new battery in one of my watches and they were able to size my new coach watch! They were super quick I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They were also super kind and very attentive and very knowledgeable on watches. Appreciate them very much will recommend always!

I went in to get several batteries for my watches and they were very cordial. They had me taken care of AND it was a very nice price compared to some other places. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They also have nice jewelry which might be worth checking out but I was in a hurry.

I have seen post saying a lot of businesses may be racist but I usually go anyway and allow myself to determine that on my own. This place is definitely racist. I came in with a Cuban link to get repaired and they told me it was fake. No testing, no weighing, barely even looked at it and said it was fake. I'm assuming they couldn't do the repair and that's why they told me it was fake. Then they tried to upsell me something for WAYYY over what it was worth. I ended up going to the mall and I got my Cuban link repaired within an hour. I wouldn't recommend this place to any person of color.

Once again blown away by RLJ! They are so beyond knowledgable, patient and kind. I recently got a ring for our anniversary and have also had rings resized and each time they provide incredible service, quality stones and amazing advice for care. It is so hard to find a good jeweler who won’t constantly try to rush you or scam you and it is so nice to find a place you can trust! I am so obsessed with this ring! Thank you?

Went to get watch battery changed which they were able to do for $15. When I got home, I looked at the back of my $200 watch and found it was all scratched up when it wasn’t before. I know my watch isn’t the most expensive but now it’s worth a lot less because of the scratches. If they couldn’t easily open the back without scratching it, they should have said so. Shouldn’t have spent the $15.
