Hi.I’m a regular costumer here because I work around.but today I had a very bad experience with the costumer service.I bought a clothe yesterday evening as usual and I discovered at home that I took a wrong size ,since they did not mention to me that it was a final sale , I took my Uber and I came back today to switch the clothes .the girl I meet there was very rude and disrespectful.she totally ignored me.I still purchased something but I’m very disappointed

I would give this store 3 stars only because of the associate that believes it is ok to treat customers like they mean nothing to the company. I recently went into the store on Saturday around 3:00-3:30pm and was not greeted nor helped with a garment that was out of my reach. I did not get the associate’s name but, she was young, tall with glasses. She was so busy on the phone that she didn’t acknowledge the fact that I was trying to get her attention. I don’t believe the manager even noticed which made me not even want to shop there and I left.
