Returns are a hassle at this location and staff is unbelievably rude!!!
They me fill out paperwork over a $15 purchase for which I had the receipt. Then they complained they couldn’t read my writing, so they asked me to spell every line on the sheet- letter by letter aloud. The process was already taking ridiculously long, so I politely pointed out that they could said my name aloud as written without issue and I don’t feel comfortable giving my personal information aloud to the entire store.
Then this man came over and proceeded to SCREAM at me for over 5 mins- calling me a liar over and over again/ berating me. When I was nicely saying that their process is very strange, since I’ve returned to other locations without having to do all of this and I don’t understand the purpose since I have my receipt….
I do not feel good about the fact that this overly aggressive and unhinged man now has my personal information.
Bottom line: Staff made me feel wildly uncomfortable and unsafe, and it shouldn’t have been this cumbersome to get my $15 back for something that I had a receipt for…

Just FYI the store hours are wrong on google. They close at 8pm every day, there’s a sign in the window with hand written hours and the sign says they close at 8pm every night. They should really update their store hours online. Otherwise this is a good store with a large plus size section. A little dis-organized but it’s a smaller Rainbow than most so they have to really pack the clothes in.

Places closes at 9. I have a screenshot and more. Now as a business I do not understand the store hours. They close at 9 but lock the doors at 8:25pm. Change your store hours on GOOGLE!!!

My experience here has been nothing but satisfactory. They are so very attentive. The store was clean. It's small so you'll be squeezing through some areas. No no complaints.

Rainbow for plus size women socks. THE clothes are cheap and look like window curtains. But the side for skinny women was trendy fashionable and cute....I hate how they do us big girls they need to get a better designer

They really do have some nice stuff things you can fine on Fashion Nova website is in the store I really like the stores and surprisingly the customer service is great!!!!
