This is a go to place if you are in need of amazing elevated wardrobe staples! They always have great inventory and amazingly helpful staff! Ric has especially stepped up my fashion game! Aside from being the most welcoming and accommodating stylist-he is so talented at finding pieces that work for every body type. I always walk out with amazing clothes for any occasion that I can wear on repeat. Thank god they are in Georgetown!

Classic clothes, almost no visible branding, top quality and unbelievable service. As close to tasteful perfection as can be. And they remember your name, your size, your preferences, down to your favorite colors and the % of spandex you want in your jeans. At least Natoya Phelps does. Outside of Saville Row, I haven’t seen service like this anywhere. It is a bit on the expensive side, but this is top notch. Super service from Joel! I was dreading having to try on jeans and he helped me find two perfect pairs. Honest, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Thank you Joel! I hate clothes shopping and will definitely be back to see you!Update Tuesday, August 16, 2022I had a terrible time getting a return label for my online purchases (the company revamped their return system and were having IT issues). I didn't want to make the drive or pay for parking to go to my closest location, but I sucked it up and went to Georgetown store in hopes they could resolve. Sela, the manager, was incredibly friendly, fast, informative and made the the return process a piece of cake. Thanks Sela!

Bought a purse at Rag & Bone @rag_bone returned it in early June bc it was bigger than advertised. It's end of July & they haven't refunded me. Contacted them 4x and every time they tell me it takes 7-10 days, but it's been 60 days! Beware of their shady business practices !!

My son and I planned on going to the men's and women's Rag and Bone in Georgetown. On the way, we were caught in a downpour. They preferred to have us drip all over there clothes, including my mascara, than use their staff only restroom. I feel for the gentle salesman who had to tell us that news after checking with the store manager. We skipped the R&B for the Brooks Brothers next door. Doubt we will go back to Rag and Bone. Will see how we feel when we dry off. Sometimes common sense should prevail, however it didn't seem to here.

Great staff! I have been a customer for years and have always had a great experience at the Georgetown store. Just recently I had an item in my cart that went out of stock so I called to find another solution. Somehow they (Daniel and Danielle) were able to track me down a pair in Las Vegas and match the price I had seen online. More than happy to recommend this company to anybody looking for great clothes and service.

My husband and I have always had a good experience at rag & bone. The associates are there to offer suggestions (these will loosen, size up, go down a size, etc), styling and they didn't hesitate to say what was more flattering on you. I appreciated that! My husband has a few pairs that he always wears and they look so good with wear. I love it. The quality holds up well. Definitely had to get myself a pair. I was able to get myself a pair of pants that fit me beautifully, and now has me hooked on the brand. Willll be back as it starts cooling down.

Great boutique! What a shopping experience should be. Great space, aesthetically pleasing, and quality. Highly recommend Dennis who is pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable about the brand, Menswear and the marketplace. Also visited the Women's dept a few doors down. Hope to revisit again soon!
