DC staple and if you are looking for New Balance shoes, this is the spot. I have one issue. Please remove the yellow and blue ASICS from the window. They've been in the window over 10 years and you never have them in stock.

I am so disappointed! I bought a pair of black 996 New Balances and I have barely had them for a week. The sole is coming off of them and the plastic on the back of the shoes is cracked, brittle, and peeling. This was a waste of $182! Be careful about what you purchase from this store. There's no telling how long the merchandise has been sitting in this store. Don't make the mistake I made. Please inspect your merchandise carefully if you have to buy from this place!

as a Doctor Who fan, this was the only shop in all of the DC area where the cream coloured Converse Chuck Taylors were even available, that’s worth 5 stars alone. it was even sold at the price on the official website so you get no extra costs on tax or shipping. killer deal.

I LOVE this store! The owners are so sweet! The employees were patient and helpful! I bought two pairs of boots, came back and got one more pair! They have layaway, you can call and they'll hold your boot at the counter! And the prices are NOT what you would think being in Georgetown Washington DC! A real secret gem in our city!?

Shop has a neat old school vibe and all, but when I bought a tee, they overcharged by like $30 (shirt didn’t have a price on it). Went back and asked for a refund, owner respectfully obliged. But gut tells me they make a lot of ‘mistakes’ like this. Shop still worth checking out, but keep an eye on what they charge

This people are full if s**** and they do bait and switch. This thieving a** women is a habitual lier , you by something and they tell you it is on the way you will be waiting no less than five months and it still won't come. Then this b**** will tell you no refund exchange only, if I knew that I wouldn't have bought nothing from these people. You are not a customer here your a dollar sign, there is no customer service here at all just trifling business practice, they need to br reported to the better business bureau for deceptive business practice. These people will try and get over on you. DON'T SUPPORT OR SHOP WITH THESE DECEPTIVE THIEVES! Then they try to jack the price of every thing in the store up at least 75% more then it really cost, this sick racist b**** don't care about nothing but money! I will tell you how petty thus trifling mut is I put a sweat suit on layaway and she sold it, how is that possible? They only care about how much money they can make in a day TRIFLING A** BUSINESS! These people mark the price of there merchandise up 100% I bought a sergio tacchini outfit saw the same outfit onine from sergio tacchini for a hundred dollars less then I paid for in the store this sick thief will get you she don't care about the customer she is all about money and don't care who she cheats!
