We can’t say enough good things about Primrose at the Parks. The staff and all the teachers are caring, kind, and knowledgeable. Our daughter has moved up through the school since she was a young infant. In all of her classrooms, the teachers have provided an exceptional level of care. They make sure our daughter is loved and actively learning while we are at work. The staff is accessible and communicative. They listen to parents’ needs, answer questions, and are quickly responsive to concerns. Our daughter is excited to go to school. She is thriving. Her development has accelerated in the almost year we’ve been at Primrose. Finding great childcare is one of the most difficult and important decisions parents have to make. We would choose Primrose at the Parks over and over again.Edit June 27 2023: We're still very happy with the care our child receives, but we do have one gripe to convey. Resolving payment conflicts is unnecessarily difficult. The school was closed for a week last winter (Dec 2022), and it was not initially announced as part of the school year. We had to arrange alternate care on relatively short notice, and we were not pro-rated for that week. Additionally, our child moved to a larger class (more students per teacher) recently, which decreases the monthly fee. However, this occurred mid-month, and it was again not automatically pro-rated.

The owners and staff are the most amazing and caring people. As a vendor partner of Primrose, I know first hand how seriously they take the safety and wellbeing of the children. I would highly recommend this school to any parent.

My family has had a great experience with Primrose at the Parks! My son has attended for over a year, from when he was just 4 months old, and during the pandemic. The teachers took great care and precautions, and I knew my son was safe. They maintain great communication throughout the day, so I never have to wonder what they're doing or if my baby is having fun or not. His teachers are very nice, and the staff is highly competent and capable. I could not recommend Primrose Parks more!

Our daughter loves Primrose at the Parks. As a early toddler she is learning so much from the teachers and comes home every day with a new word or number or phrase. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well organized. The front office staff is quick to respond and so very pleasant to work with. I know my daughter is well cared for, safe, and happy when she is at Primrose and there is nothing better than that.

Our son has been attending this school for about 6 months now. We absolutely love it! He is thriving and has learned so much since starting there. The teachers are very knowledgeable and do a great job keeping parents updated on the activities throughout the day. Definitely recommend!

Both of my children attended Primrose and I wanted to provide this review because Primrose at the Parks is a relatively new center in our area, and it can be so difficult to find a high quality childcare that is accepting new kids in DC! I can't say enough great things about Primrose and the wonderful teachers and staff! They made daycare/preschool for both of our children (in the Infant 1 and PreK classrooms) such a safe, nurturing, fun, and joyful experience. The teachers are just wonderful and both of our kids were always excited to see their teachers each morning. The infant teachers are excellent about implementing the nap/feeding schedule that you need your baby to be on -- they really defer to parents' preferences and schedules when it comes to the little ones, which is really helpful in keeping consistency between home and daycare routines. This made things so much easier for us as parents -- many daycare centers will not defer to parent's sleep/routine preferences even for little ones, and this can be really hard for the babies if they don't get all the daytime sleep that they need at school. One of the things we loved about Primrose was how they supported the importance of consistent naps for infants. The preschool teachers are equally wonderful -- they do so many fun and enriching activities and really create such a safe and fun community for the kids. The teachers in both of our children's classrooms have always been fantastic about posting tons of updates and cute pictures in the Procare app. The communication from the front office staff was always excellent -- Dr. Novino, Ms. Erqia, and Ms. Catherine are super communicative and proactive, and we always felt very in the loop. Again, I can't say enough great things about Primrose at the Parks and the incredible teachers and staff, and I would highly recommend it!

I am so pleased to have my child at Primrose at the Parks. He has been there a year and we've really seen him thrive. He kicks his legs with excitement everytime we pull into the parking lot. The staff are experts. Dr. Noveno the head of school is so loving with the kids and very involved in every classroom. The teachers in the toddler room plan amazing lessons. They treat each kid like a little artist and everything is very project based. The facility is clean with great toys for learning. And the playground is safe and wonderful for the very youngest of learners. They use an app which provides updates including photos and videos. As a new parent, leaving my child at daycare made me very nervous. But the staff has my full trust and their stellar communication has given me great confidence. I see my child being social and exploring at such a great pace. I really think it takes a village to raise a child and I consider Primrose a part of ours. We are very grateful.
