I spilled a giant tray of cooked shrimp with all it's shrimp sauce/juice all over my rear back seat, and for 7 days I tried everything I could think of to clean it up to no avail. And every single day, the smell kept getting worse and worse, to the point that I was worried I wouldn't be able to breathe through my nose in my car ever again. Luckily, Mike and Premere Auto Detail were there to save me.
When I called Mike, I immediately could tell that he was a professional and cared about my situation. We had a 10 minute phone call where he asked how long its been since the spill, what type of seats, if the seat were perforated, and gave me a good estimate of what needed to be done (no other company took the time like him). While yes, the price was a little higher than other estimates, you get what you pay for. Mike made time for me two days after we called, came right on time at 8:00AM, and spent 3 hours completely eliminating the smell/mess, and using the ozone treatment on my car. He even took the entire car seat out so he could clean in spaces I wasn't sure were even dirty! Overall, great experience, he truly saved my life with this mess/smell clean up, and I would 1000% recommend his service to anyone at all, especially if you have a smell/stain you CAN NOT get out yourself... because I'm sure Mike can ?.

I highly recommend this company. Mike is the best! He is very professional yet down to earth at the same time. Always does timely, effective, and quality work for my 2020 Honda Civic sport (red) car. Mike takes his time as though my car were his own! I appreciate how easy it is to schedule with him and how timely the company is. Plus, the perk of being mobile puts them above the rest! Mike is always on time and will make you feel like you are a friend! He takes the time to explain what is happening with my car paint / surface and describes all options in detail. I have never felt like he was trying to upsell me (in fact, it might be the opposite!). Mike is so trustworthy, I often want MORE services than a Honda needs :) Further, he takes the time to explain to me about car paint / scratches and solutions to address them…so I feel that I get an education each time! Mike never looks down on me or makes me feel stupid for being “that girl” that is picky about her car:) Support this company!! They are worth it!

Wow where should I start?? Mike was an absolute gem! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He did an amazing job with my car! Hasn’t looked this clean since I got it. Smoke smell and any stains are gone. He came at 7am and worked in extreme heat to make sure my car was clean. I will definitely be returning and recommending!

Mike did a fantastic job with my paint correction and silicone coating. He took time to explain the process to me, explained the different packages, showed up on time for the job, and left my car looking showroom new. Prices were very competitive for the area and the work Mike did was top notch. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mike and Premere Auto Detail for anyone looking to have their car detailed.

Awesome care attention to detail. Explained what needed to be done and why, didn’t try to upsell unnecessarily, spent extra time and attention to ensure a job well done.
Scheduling was a breeze - they reached out quickly after I entered my information, and they were responsive and able to determine what services would be most needed based on our car and what it had been through (check out the before and after of our trunk where a 5-gallon tank of hot chocolate spilled a while back).
Doesn’t hurt that they come to you, either! Knocked it all out right in our underground parking garage; well equipped to work wherever your car is parked. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

When I first noticed the cement stain, it was a heart-sinking moment. Knowing the damage that cement can cause to car paint, I was desperate for a solution. After some searching and a few recommendations, I decided to go with Premere Auto Detail. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made! Micheal got it completely off, showed up on time, took under 2 hours, and it was a seamless process. 10/10 experience!

Winter skiing had really done a number on our car and mud was everywhere inside. Mike did a beautiful job getting all the mud out and our car shining like new! He was also really understanding and kind when I overslept and was late to meet him outside with the keys. I would definitely hire them again in the future

As a birthday present to myself, I decided to treat my car to a detail. After doing my homework and getting estimates, I chose Premere Auto Detail and I'm so glad I did! Incredible customer service: friendly, informative, easy to schedule an appointment, and accommodated my schedule. I was blown away by the attention to detail, professionalism, and care displayed by Mike. The interior is spotless and the paint correction and ceramic coat have made my car look like it just rolled off the dealer lot.
