AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE:I forgot my debit card at home and I wanted to make a check deposit - they refused. I told them that they could look me up by my SS#. The clerk behind the counter “sighed” and then requested that I write down my SS# on a piece of paper and give it to her. After she was finished I asked for the piece of paper back (which contains my SS# on it). She refused and said that it “could not be returned.” ?????No mangers were there to talk to, I proceeded to wait an 1hr in the lobby. I cannot believe that I bank my personal and business accts here.

This location has a parking lot which is very convenient. I had an appointment at 10am and they helped me right away! Sadreika helped me with my PNC account, she was very helpful and super friendly. I will definitely be back!

This is the most stinky very dark and dull bank. Everyone always have a attitude and the lines are long and one teller! They talk about other customers to other customers very unprofessional. Customers hold up the line ordering check when that should be done by the banker not a teller!

Horrible, came to open an account and get a debit card. Rude customer service, unprofessional and the branch manager was worst. Henry was the customer service “professional” and Anna is the branch manager who is very rude.

I vent to open an account and nothing on the door stated that the branch was closed at 1:53pm today on a Tuesday . They had the door look and I had to call for someone to unlock the front door. That was ridiculous and I feel like people just don’t want to do there job and they are losing clients this way

Why does it take 20min per transaction via drive-up teller? Do they have incompetent employees or do they just not care and don't want to work.
