Refused to exchange bills for a non-customer. As of December 2023/January 2024, PNC Bank does allow non-customers to exchange notes and I was able to exchange banknotes without issue at another PNC branch in Washington in January 2024. Nonetheless, this branch refused to exchange small notes for higher denomination notes.

Very suspicious activity! Teller put another withdrawal slip underneath the one I handed over to her then wrote my checking account number. I asked her why and she mumbled. Teller told me they don't have any 100 bills so I told her to cancel my transaction and asked her to return my withdrawal slip and the one she put underneath. But she refused saying its bank policy.

Recently, the bank is always short of currency for currency exchange. Why does the bank's service attitude allow you to communicate with customers while eating potato chips? Isn't that rude? Service in Chinatown is poor, other places are friendly.The security at the gate is very enthusiastic

Yesterday I had the worst experience possible. I walked into the branch to do a cash deposit. The gentleman who greeted me seemed bored out of his mind which didn't really matter, I asked for a deposit slip and he couldn't find a single sheet and waved towards the teller window for me to procure one. At this point, I chose to go to the ATM and deposit the cash. I went to the ATM attached to the branch and attempted to deposit my cash. The machine took the money and was "processing" for several minutes and then said it could not process my transaction and returned my card but NOT my $780 dollars. I immediately entered the branch, where each employee could care less about my situation. There was no urgency, care or attention to my situation. When I finally spoke to the assistant branch manager, Mr. Delbary, he offered no help whatsoever. He explained how they contracted out their ATM servicing and that i could file a dispute to be resolved in 10 days. He was more concerned with liability than showing any care or concern for the situation I was in. He offered no recourse, no solutions and maintained a disinterested demeanor that the rest of his staff had. I felt dismissed and in this case robbed of my cash, with seemingly no promise that it will be returned.

Perfect, absolutely perfect to be in their even as everything gets magnificent. The public service is amazing to be there as it express the important request of the event when anything is good enough to be possible no matter the purpose each customers wanted to admire for the financial suggestion he, she, they select to confirm the different experiences. Whoe.. It a great to be there for the opportunity that is reccomend for financial assistance in the upcoming event that is important to achieve the goal of imagination. Mines was incredibly popular that Ilove to be there because of the every special person that is very interesting and convenient for relationship and helping connection which helps me to become the number one guest for the community. It was great that I imagined there's a possibility for the environment. Yes, it is great to be possible there. Indeed.

Stopped by to use the ATM. It wasnt reading the check correct so I went inside. The teller and customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Good experience and I will be back.

Showed up at 8:55am to use ATM outside, was out of service just like last week. Went inside to see if I could use the working one indoors, doors were locked with 3 employees behind the counter just standing around doing nothing. Had to bang on the door and yell just for them to actually come up to the door and talk to me. Wouldn’t let me use the ATM as they are “closed until 9am”, which I understand, but I had to be at work at 9am sharp…. 0 compassion and hospitality… 0 urge for them to come up and try to fix my problem. As a PNC customer for over 15 years this is quite sad

Christian is amazing. I needed to have anther debit card printed and he took care of it without any problems. He was very informative about my options as well as educating me on new products. I almost forgot the purpose of my trip as I was ready to enroll in so many other benefits. If you need efficient and knowledgeable assistance, make sure you see Christian.

This place is a perfect example of the need for negative stars. This branch is an unbelievable mess of incompetence and rudeness--you shouldn't treat anyone this way, much less people who are longtime customers with multiple accounts.

I'm sorry that others have experienced issues with this branch, but I regularly bank here, and I am quite satisfied with the service I receive on each visit. I am normally at this branch during their lunch rush, and it has always been efficient and easy to take care of a range of transactions there.
