Not a full bank and no one was in site to help or greet me at my 11:40a visit

My card was stolen to buy tickets in another country. When I called, the very ride rep said it was MY fault, didn't cancel my stolen number (like any normal bank would) so my account was stolen again! What a rude, useless, uncaring, pretentious, nasty company! Avoid! Do your banking anywhere else!!
