Horrible service. The manager, Manny is extremely prejudice against black people and forces them to jump through hooks for simple account access. I would not at all recommend this branch.

I don't have a personal account, but am here often for work. I'd say I'm here at least three times a month, so it's almost abysmal that it took me this long to write a review. Jonathan and Sylvia and Vernon make this place a joy to visit each time I'm here. Deposits are quick and friendly, and there's always coffee (from a coffee machine). One thing to note; this branch is currently being renovated to include iPads and things of the like, so you have to go into offices to do any transactions. This slows it down a bit, but the service you receive after your brief wait is still above par.

I like PNC and have been with them for years, but the constant phone calls trying to set me up for a meeting to talk about my account...not the biggest fan. They haven't only come from this branch, but my review is for this branch because someone called me last week and I told them I would call them back when I get the chance, and today I get an email saying my appointment has been confirmed? I never made an appointment and I don't know why an appointment was made on my behalf. Also, would love to point out that the appointment was made two hours before their scheduled meeting time. Not okay with someone making a meeting on my behalf that I didn't agree to. I like PNC but I'm not okay with this.

This is another good location of PNC Bank. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help the moment you enter the branch. If the tellers are busy servicing a customer, someone always walks me over to their desk and take care of most of my banking needs. This branch (like other PNC branches) totally rocks!

I've had a great experience with this location, both personally and professionally, and was pleasantly surprised because my dealings with PNC haven't always been great. When another PNC location closed down, they moved the contents of my safe deposit box to this location. When I stopped by, their very professional branch manager, who goes by the dickensian name of Gentry, met with me personally, ensured all of my belongings were returned to me in adequate repair, and offered a safe deposit box at an alternate location with the first year for free. My business was conducting an audit at the time, and we'd been trying for several weeks to get some records that PNC didn't seem able to find. When I suggested to my colleague that he try contacting this location, Gentry was able to find the documents we needed within minutes. This really saved us! Overall, a very positive experience. I actually signed up for Yelp so I could write this review and make sure they received the credit they deserve.

Before I review I just want to say I am NOT a PNC customer. However my employer has a business account with PNC and since this branch is right across from our office, I usually come in to make deposits whenever we get any credits to us. With that said, I really like this branch. The staff is extremely friendly and socialable. One minute I was talking with a staff member about college hoops (I had my UNC hat on so conversation easy to start) and then the next minute I'm talking with the teller Shanika (I think that's how her name is spelled) about college and what courses we're currently taking. Plus there was no line so I was in and out just like that. If I ever leave my current bank (never say never right?), PNC will be the first bank I consider, especially if the staff is as friendly and genuine as this branch is!
