Made me wait 15 minutes as they practice sales connections in the lobby in the middle of the day. Why not do training off hours? Behind the scenes? Not at the inconvenience of customers?

Despite being busy, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and nothing but nice and knowledgeable. The teller I spoke with was also lovely, making a trip to the bank much more enjoyable and less of a chore!

Wonderfully helpful staff in a real bank, the ATM is just around the corner. Efficient service with excellent advice.
