I have been trying to reach a live human on the phone for the last hour! It is a simple question and I find this irritating.Have been a customer of this bank for years via several buy outs from other banks. I really want to change to another bank. I have PNC Bank and they suck. They charge $35 fee if you don't have any money and they won't reimburse you. They also charge a monthly fee just to use the bank. They will not refund your money, either. They don't care about their customers. I would say look elsewhere.

I would give this bank a higher mark if their mobile app worked well. It has the nasty habit of forgetting my password. This seems to happen every few months. When it happens, I have to remove the mobile app, reload it, and reset my password. It's very annoying. Can't they hire decent programmers for their apps?
