As other reviews have mentioned, the customer service from Darren was incredible. Both in the speed of initial response and then thoughtful follow up with suggestions on the design. As a result, we are so pleased with the t-shirts they produced. They were a surprise gift for my wife’s birthday and the smile she had on her face was priceless. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I can not recommend Planet of the Inks higher for Darren's INCREDIBLE customer service and ability to create EXACTLY what I wanted for the designs of my shirts. Long story short, myself and two girlfriends were visiting DC and we decided to get some matching shirts while we were there and tried to personalise them. Planet of the Inks not only matched the font with the logo on the shirts we bought impeccably but their turn around time and pick up and delivery service was TOP CLASS! There is no other apparel printing shop I would use than Planet of the Inks. NONE.

Fantastic responsiveness and fair prices done locally. I was so happy to find someone willing to do a printing for only 5 t-shirts and a reasonable price per piece. They also delivered to me on-site at my workplace for free! Super convenient. I enjoyed working with Darren and will definitely be back!

This business took my payment, communicated extensively with me via email, then never delivered on the t-shirt order and stopped replying to my emails. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Working with them was a complete waste of time and ended up delaying an important project.

High quality t-shirt printing and amazing customer service! I was not disappointed- our T-Shirts were printed quickly and looked AMAZING- better than I expected. The cherry on top is interacting with the people! The only word to describe working with the people at Planet of the Inks is "delightful," which is not a word I use to describe customer service often!

What an outstanding business!!! We came to the DC area to support a loved one who was going through some major medical procedures. We wanted to make a fun t-shirt we could wear that would help lighten the mood and show our support. Timing was important. Planet of the Inks was very responsive. They corresponded quickly and had our t-shirts within a day. They even delivered. Reasonable prices, excellent quality and a service that couldn't be beat. I couldn't give higher praise!
