I finally got my dad to attend the gym after years of being self conscious about his body just for a staff member on his phone to turn him away with help signing in. The olny reason i give it 2 stars is because other staff menbers are polite.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Some of yhe machines time how long you are on them and count your reps, which I thought was pretty cool.

I used this location for 3 days during World Pride 2025, it was always clean, staff was friendly, and there was lots of benches/weights to use.

A very clean fitness place, the machines are in perfect condition, they all work very well, everything is very good, and above all, they help you pay for your parking TIKETS.

Great staff, equipment is clean and well maintained, free 2 hr parking. Lockers have built-in locks and some need repair. Overall a very good place to work out.

I've been using my scooter as my main mode of transportation to get to and from the gym, specifically Planet Fitness. Recently, I was informed that I can no longer bring my scooter inside the gym, even though I've been doing so without any issues for the past few months. Interestingly, I've observed a few other individuals, specifically white men, bringing their scooters into the gym without any trouble. They were even allowed to keep their scooters near the front counter, while I was asked to store mine in the back. Due to concerns about liability I was told it either has to go on the locker or outside. It is my personal scooter and that is against the law to tell me to leave something of mines outside to be stolen or damaged. It seems that there may be a discrepancy in how this situation is being handled. I feel that I am being treated unfairly due to my race. If necessary, I am willing to discuss this matter with the appropriate authorities. if I had to go to the Mayors office to discuss this matter, I rely on my scooter as my only means of transportation to the gym, and I would like to know how Planet Fitness plans to address this issue and accommodate my needs.
update: they have decided to Terminate my contract for no apparent reason, I was told they have told me a couple times about not having my scooter in the building, even though it was locked up in the locker room Other facilities to do that planet fitness just doesn't want to be held responsible if it is stolen. I feel that I was targeted as a black woman because I was the only black woman bringing my scooter inside of that facility. As I stated, there were a couple white men that were bringing their scooters inside of the building and on the floor equipment has ever Said anything to them. I believe I was targeted because of my review. Because I have informed people that there were bad bugs In that gym. I have seen it with my eyes. And the person that mentioned that they had bedbugs, they continue to allow that person inside of the gym which they were going to continue to have bed bugs. I got harassed every single time I came in that building. it was embarrassing, And very stressful When people are looking at you because you're being attacked People at the front desk. This is not a very welcoming gym. Not a very clean. If you want to pay 1300 exterminator come to his gym, but they are infested with bedbugs

I used this gym for a week and I liked it a lot. The machines are in pristine condition, it is well organized, clean, and very reasonably priced. The front desk staff is also very helpful. You get 2 hours validated at the parking garage next door. I really enjoyed that this gym doesn’t seem to get crowded even during “rush hour”
