PJ has been my agent for a decade or so. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive and responsive to all requests. I have always been happy with the service I have received from her and Statefarm both in her office and over the phone or email. 5 stars!

I'm being honest here. If you need help with obtaining insurance. Please do your self a favor and call PJ. I have been with PJ and Statefarm since the 1980's. We had a serious situation once and both Statefarm and PJ. Was wonderful.

Do NOT work with this agent! They have cancelled my policy multiple times without contacting me about any issues. They messed up my payment method that caused inactive policy though I provided the correct card and almost cause my license to get suspended. This is the SECOND time they cancel my policy without notice. Specially in a time where I needed to get my car towed. I found out through the customer service when placing a request for service that I did not have an active policy. She’s unprofessional and does not know what she’s doing. I would not recommend her. It’s been a nightmare! Looking at her reviews on YELP, I noticed that this mishandling of payment and cancellation has happened to someone else too.

I’ve been with them for about 20 years. Outstanding service. Every single time. I thought about moving a few times but couldn’t. Something to be said about old style professional relationships where they remember your names and are prompt in responding etc. I highly recommend. ?
