If I could give a zero for customer service I would. They ignore you unless until they want to wait on you. Went in to by parts stood there while they only talk to each other looking me up and down. No one asked neither of the three customers standing in there can I help. Literally kept looking like why are you here like you are not a customer trying to purchase parts.

Service was great, counter personnel was awesome, I always get friendliness from the ladies and gentlemen there at the Minnesota Avenue location, parts are readily available also, 2 thumps up to the establishment ????

This company needs to research the word "Customer service" very rude & combative not too mention the prices are recently the highest. These places used to be the cheapest & always had the parts nobody else had but they fell off bad they're not what they used to be at all smh
