Excellent shopping experience, I went there to buy a walking pair and a more versatile pair of shoes. The store manager was very helpful in guiding my choices and helping with the sizes. They have all the major brands and can import the exact shoe from nearby stores and deliver to you as well.They also kindly offer vet discounts, double time!

I've had great experiences here. I recently was helped by Tim in finding a pair of walking shoes. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and the store had a wide selection. A few weeks later, I came back because the shoes weren't as comfortable as I'd hope. He worked with me to find a replacement. A great place!

Ducked in to quickly grab new shoes that had been recommended to me. So glad Sarita was working that day! She asked a lot of questions, figured out what I needed and really took time to make sure I got the right shoe. She even stayed 20 minutes late to make sure I’d tried all the models she thought would be good for me. I’m so grateful for how thorough she was. Fantastic customer service. This location has earned a loyal customer for many years!

I had a great experience at Pacers! Louisa listened to what I was looking for in my next pair of running shoes, analyzed my gait, and pulled about half a dozen shoes for me to try on. Ultimately, we landed on a pair of Hokas that hit the sweet spot of stability, responsiveness, and comfort. I’m super excited for my next run in my new shoes. Thanks, Louisa and the Pacers Team!

In Person - Good ExperienceOnline - Terrible ExperienceReview is mixed since this is geneuinly a great store and good for the local running culture, however their ability to successfully manage an e-commerce operation is embarassingly bad. Have been going back and forth with Pacers team for close to a year regarding a refund on a pair of shoes that were purchased on Amazon.

I've had the same brooks shoes for years, but since my feet have gotten larger while pregnant, decided to go in for a fitting. Kelly at the Navy Yard location was a big help in helping get the right size and finding the color I wanted. Super excited for new comfy shoes!

I bought running shoes today and Kelly Anne helped me, and she was super helpful. I expect the workers to be nice, but I was surprised at how much she knew. Put me on a treadmill and was telling me things about my feet that I didn't know. Thank you, Pacers!
