My daughter takes pottery lessons at this amazing facility. The lead potters at the District Clay Center are so helpful and give fantastic lessons on how to throw pottery. Just need to figure out where to put all the mugs and pots that she is producing!

Amazing art studio space with many artists of all mediums making and sharing their works. On the top floor there is a deck with a beautiful view. Try to check it out during an open house when artists have their work for sale!

Off The Beaten Track Warehouse is an affordable arts collective in a warehouse that was once a train station then US post office then crck house and now a creative hub for Washington, D.C. It's in the lesser known neighorhood of Langdon in NE DC (south of Brookland). The building itself is historic and giant. It's well kept maintaining its old charm. Inside are art studios for a collection of DC small businesses and creatives.Twice a year they open the warehouse to the public to showcase each studio's work. As you wander throughout the building, talk to the artists, enjoy the snacks they lay out in each room, and get to know their stories. Many of them are native to this city and express their perspectives through their beautiful art.
