I could not have been happier with the outcome of working on my rotator cuff tendonitis with Coop (Lawrence Cooper) at the New Mexico Ave. Novacare. He was very personable, sensitive to my needs and responsive to my desire to make sure I could continue making progress at home. All in, for something no one wants to do, he made it a very pleasant and successful experience.

Great experience! I was referred to this Novacare location by a podiatrist for heel and ankle pain. I primarily worked with (and would highly recommend) Coop - he was knowledgeable, personable, and focused on helping me relieve my pain and get stronger. After three months, I feel much better. My pain levels have decreased and I have a clear plan forward to continue improving. Thank you!

Megan in her cheerful way has encouraged me to do exercises even though they frighten me - as I'm afraid of falling. The other exercises are to strengthen my lower back - I know because it hasn't been hurting as much. In a word, she's excellent.

Would recommend another location. If you choose to seek help here, do not allow yourself to be booked with Lydia as her focus is on lecturing patients rather than helping them.

I had a good experience until I was handed over to Lydia whose tone was arrogant and imperious. When I questioned why, after coming here for weeks, I was getting her lectures on what therapy can and can’t do, she attributed it to the fact she was the most experienced practitioner, implying that the other therapists were too inexperienced to know any better, not a great comment on the organization.Beyond the massage part, she spent her time on her computer and did not observe or comment on my exercises or provide any new ones. I left 15 minutes early since there seemed nothing to be gained by staying and cancelled the three additional appointments I was scheduled to have, since she was the practitioner assigned to me.

The staff and therapists are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are good and my therapist Erin Longhurst has helped me tremendously after just one visit. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
