Definitely have to go back to using the store on H st. The one on MLK has horrible customer service. I just stopped by at about 4:15 on a Sunday and they’re closed already even though the store is supposed to close at 5:00 per yelp and everyone else. Annoyed.

They sell fake vapes and when asked about it they said "not their problem" fake vapes can cause your lungs to burst and possibly kill you if you ingest a certain chemical too much.The boy at the counter is ALWAYS rude and disgruntled. Hates his life or something.There's a off leash dog that's unsupervised and not trained as well as growls and snaps at people. There's a cat as well which if someone was allergic to animals or cat dander or even dog dander they could potentially be at risk if they walked inside there.Have been going there for a year now and out of nowhere the quality and the worker and the owner have become worse in character and quality. Go somewhere else for your goods.

Decent smoke shop. They let animals roam the store unsecured (dogs and cats). Didn’t feel safe walking in. Plus I don’t want to use products with pet dander on them.

Babbbbbbbyyyyu let me let ya'll know something bout the Nomad!!!! It's a WHOLE ENTIRE VIBE!!! The employees Brittany, Omar, Drea and Danyelle (excuse the misolung if their names) but the customer service and just the personalities and how they vibes with me my sister and auntie was sooooooooo goood. Now I'm old enough to be the employees' mom but they made it as if we were all of the same tribe, same age group and just... the same. The employees made it feel like it was such a vibe and worthy of visiting again and again and again..,Thank you NOMAD! We'll be back.
