I’ve never experienced this much communication breakdown with what turned out to be the OWNER of the company.“Allen” Doesn’t sign his emails, Doesn’t work with the customer to explore options, and they demand a down payment before showing even the most basic mark up of a sign. If a customer says she’d like help choosing the best sign for her budget is that an indication you get to ask for PAYMENT?Must be new ownership because this company had a great reputation… or maybe they just don’t have enough competition. Or maybe “Allen” is someone’s cousin filling in. Clueless

Very slow to respond. You would think with a name like next day express they would actually be responsive and timely. If you're in a rush do not count on this shop.

I put in a quote early October, no follow-up. I called a week later and spoke to a rep that gave me an email address. I emailed, no follow-up. I emailed again a week later, no follow-up. You can't get much more unprofessional than this.

We have worked with Greg and Ricardo at NDSE for several office projects over the years. They have always delivered professional, high quality work. Additionally, they have offered high-quality advice and guidance when we have had to navigate tricky issues. For example, the facade of our new office is unusual and signage space is limited, so we had to get creative. Greg gave us design and placement advice that gave us the best result imaginable for our building. We are particularly happy with a painted acrylic interior design installed by Greg, photo attached. Allen was super responsive and efficient for my vinyl printing need with a tight turnaround time. Once I installed the sign I noticed there were two commas missing - he showed up the same day with a reprint and installed them himself. Will definitely be using again in the future!

Allen and his team are the best. I've ordered multiple signs from them over the past few years, both for my business and for two organizations that I volunteer with. One of the things I like most is that they really know the business and will make recommendations based on what you are trying to achieve. Most recently, I ordered signs for my business and received them in less than 24 hours. They are beautiful and made with high quality materials. I've never been disappointed and will continue to send my business to this company!

Please please please....... If you are a professional or entrepreneur looking for signs or banners please dont waist your time here. The r ghetto, unprofessional with no work ethic. As a business owner I feel bad for the business owner cuz he is paying them to run client to other businesses. Story too long n I dont have time to say it all. In one sentence: Workers here want to do the very bare minimum n hurry up and clock out and go home, nobody cares about your job. Use them at your own risk.

Brian at Next Day sign was responsive when I followed up on the email I sent. It seems my email went into the junk mail. But they were able to quickly locate it after my phone call. He understood my request quickly. He sent over a draft version of the sign I requested. All communication happened via email after that initial conversation on the phone. My team was happy with the results. He even arranged to have the sign dropped off at the hotel nearby. Of course I didn't mind paying for the convenience. Thanks Brian!!
