I am dealing with a lot of customer service, And without any question I can clearly say that "they are the worst" that I ever saw in my Entire life they are just bad people bad customer service and bad service

I just spent nearly an hour on the phone with a customer service representative to try to resolve a problem with billing. The woman I spoke with was absolutely no help whatsoever. I asked to speak to her superviser and was told that was impossable.Net10 has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

You guys don't care about customers, you have the worst customer service. After 11 years as a customer, now I need to transfer my number to another provider, it's been more than 15 attempts on calls and chats during the last two weeks, and you always tell me something different. There is no professionalism, and no one responds, this is a mockery. @Verizon, net10 is going to damage your image, NET10 is the worst

Net 10 I've had services with them 10+ yrs excellent service other big name brands make it difficult to purchase network minutes in sales... just use the web.. net 10 is great company

Their customer service is a joke. I’ve decided to go to a new provider and Net 10 has given me nothing but rude costumer service trying to transfer my number. I’m on my 7th call with them this week right now. Every person I’ve talked to about what the new provider needs to make the request they have all told me something completely different. Every time my new provider has tried to call they were also told something different. The auto refill was supposed to be shut off due to me getting a new provider but since this process has been taking over a week they charged me again. I had to call and get a refund but since that went through it canceled the number transfer completely! What a joke!

Net10 is a joke the customer service is horrible, they will hang up on you constantly it took me a WEEK just to get to the porting department so I could move my number to another company. I will never go back to net10 or recommend it.

I just became a customer and after one month tried to go to another company and they said my phone it locked!!! Your STEALING peoples property pretty much and FORCING them to stay with you. I got news for you though, I'm going to get to people on this and see if a class action suit can get started. YOU ARE CROOKS!!But when enough people start to dig into your "doings" and put some light on your company we'll see what you're really about. Social media detectives are the BEST to do it. #NET10 you're now on the radar.

If you are thinking about bringing your own phone to net10 please do not they will steal your phone pretty much because they will lock it so you cannot use it with any other carrier!!!!Net10 wants to lock you down to ONLY Use NET10!!!then they take forever to speak to someone about them locking your own phon, that is NOT UNDER CONTRACT WITH THEM!!! it is illegal for them to lock a phone on a prepaid account yet they do it and they don’t care.They will tell you over and over they don’t lock phones well we have been fighting with them for 3 days and still nothing!

I've just reported you to the FTC and working closely with everyone that had the same issues with you scammers.You know EXACTLY what you're doing t people because I've spent hours doing a lot of research and it's the same thing with hundreds of people. Also bringing this issue to my local news which I have an appointment with next week. YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH WHAT YOU'RE DOING!.

Avoid this company like the plague. I've been a customer since 2011. The service USED to be reliable until 2020. Now, I have very frequent service interruptions for no reason whatsoever. In the beginning, it would happened overnight. I would wake up in the morning and SOMETHING would always be off. Phone Service. Internet. Voicemail. Texting. Every month, I would have some kind of outage. Sometimes 2 or 3 times in the same month. The customer service line seems to be answered in South America. Most of rep's English comprehension skills are horrible. No matter what you say, they mindlessly read a script back to you that doesn't address your issue. Most of them don't have a clue about how to handle technical problems. Their solution to EVERY problem is, "Turn your phone off and turn in back on again." Phone Service. Texting. Voicemail. Internet. All going out at the worst possible times and it took me an average of 5 HOURS to find a customer service rep intelligent enough to fix the issue. You will NEVER get your issue resolved with the first call. NEVER. Net10/Tracfone does not own any cell towers. They piggy-back off of the towers of REAL cell phone companies like Verizone, T-Mobile and Sprint. I am looking for a job. I have a video interview in the morning. All I have is my phone. Of course, the internet went down. I have just spent nearing 6 HOURS dealing with over 15 different reps to get my internet service turned back on. When I find a job, one of my first priorities will be to leave this sorry excuse for a cell phone company. If you are looking for a job, if you have someone in your life who MUST be able to contact you, if you need your cell phone for your livelihood, ect. DO NOT activate with Net10/Tracfone. Read all of the other reviews. We can't all be lying.

net10 SCAM alert go elsewhere!!! They will shut your phone off mid service then charge you to reactivate, and forget customer service, its out of country and they have no idea whats going on or how to help

Net10: Horrible if not impossible customer services. They wont unlock my phone so I cant take it to another company. Ditching my net10 phone and plan because after years of being a customer, they won't resolve my data issue without charging me more. disconnected multiple times and after an hour, got nowhere. Big banks have better customer care. I'm writing Apple and telling them not to sell their phones to Net 10 - a substandard carrier.
