NWF Customer service is terrible. I wrote two separate renewal checks for two different ranger Rick magazines. The checks had not cleared after a month, and I called to inquire. The representative I spoke to had an heavy accent difficult to understand and her sentence fragments were nonsensical. After a fruitless conversation I waited several more weeks, counted the checks lost, and sent in new renewals. After another month the old checks cleared, and I now have the recipients getting two copies of the same magazine. NWF gets a D- and I doubt I will renew after this.

It was an opportunity to lobby Congress plus the ppl at NWF were very helpful.

I was in DC, tried to make contact with the Washington DC office. They have a security guard in the lobby who said that nobody can get up there without an appointment. I called the number and it sent me to the national office (wherever that is). I ended up not finding out and information or making any connection so I hope what they’re doing is good work but, you couldn’t prove it by me.
