I came here to get my nails done and it only lasted for one week exactly after spending $150 for a pedicure fill-in/designs. I came back in to ask them to fix my nails one week exactly and they charged me $25 to change the polish. I’m appalled and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone comes here unless you want to waste money. The service and wait time was extremely long. My pedi took two hours and my nails took an additional hour
Stylist: Older male stylist did a poor job and newer female stylist took 2 hours on my pedi

I'm so glad I found Stephanie!!! She is profession and very creative which is very hard to find nowadays.
Had to leave. Unfortunately quality was going down, prices going up and demeanors were becoming unpleasant.

I called the shop to make an appointment with Crystal on June 8 at 12:15 p.m. I was told she was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes. I received a call back at 1:18 p.m. The appointment was made for June 15 at 11 a.m. I was in the shop at 10:45 a.m. Another person came in for Crystal for an 11 a.m. appointment with the same name as mine. Stephanie texted me to confirm the appointment the morning of the appointment. I confirmed I had an appointment with Crystal. Keep in mind that this is my second time going to this shop. I only knew Crystal's name. Stephanie asked me to have a seat in her chair and went to do someone else's feet. She gave me attitude. After Stephanie said she would take care of my service, she left me at her station for 20 minutes and said nothing. Mimi said she would service me, and she did a great job. There were many people who walked in without an appointment. The people who had appointments were waiting. As long as you can talk directly to the person you want to serve you, there shouldn't be a problem. Maybe today was an off day, three people walked out because the wait was long. I will not be going back. Mimi did a great job as well as Crystal.

Not worth the prices I paid $189 for all my nails to be chipped off a week later. First two chipped the next day and because it was my birthday I didn't have time to run back for it to be fixed. I am not happy Stephanie!!! Save your time and money!

I went to go to my nail appointment and ask for Cathy. Nobody responded. They just told me to sit down and wait and I come to find out I wasn't in the correct salon and they do that they were trying to sell business from the salon next-door very unprofessional.

Crystal is my girl, good personality and conversation. With her my nails always always come out looking good. I have a wide nail bed on a few fingers but she always makes sure that my nails come out looking very cute and feminine. Basically she gives me whatever i ask for and with no issues. I love her ♥️♥️♥️♥️

So let me start by saying do not come here if you aint got no money or time . I live in bowie md and lemme tell yall .... The prices over in BOWIE MARYLAND are high but coming to this shop in dc is outrageous the reason i came back here is its convenient at the time . The first time i came i got my toes color changed and big toe fill color change and i wanted a fill in because i already had a set on but the guy ended up taking my set off and putting a new set on and colored powder.... My design i wanted... i got 4 nails design and spent 140 .... So their thing is to make you feel like they are hooking you up but no that is not the case. They overcharging US GUYS . 2 weeks later my 3 of my nails started lifting so i ripped them off .... so i go back and get them to do a fill and put 3 nails on ... i wanted 4 nail designs as the first set but once i heard the price im like .... Naw GUYS IT WAS $90 for all of it ... i told them no lets just keep it basic just gel polish ... $70 I do hair so i cutt like 6 nails down . The next week i come and get them to do i file and polish change ... she said she can charge $60 for a fill in as well... Long story im like okay... as long as i get my polish and shape everything im cool cuz i got 6 short nails and 4 long nails (braiders nails) I arrived today at 7:00 asked the lady is it going to be long because i have to leave to pick my man up from football practice . She said no it wouldnt take long to get me serviced . Plus i have my 1 year old with me .... I sat there for 30 mins pissed cuz i couldve went next door ... soon as im starting to leave the lady says oh baby we do it now ... A lady comes from the back to do my nails , im kinda upset cuz i gtta go in 30 mins , im like can you shape , file and polish i have to go . She says you dont want a fill , i said if your quick then yeah . She proceeded to cut my long nail , i said i didnt want that but was like forget it ,,, i dont have the tine for her to fix what she messed up ... then she proceeded to put the acrylic on my nails ... its uneven ! I told her she said oh no its fine ... i said no its not its uneven and i want her to fix it im paying for something done right ... she has an attitude at thiz point and fixes what she wanted when i already told her what needed the application to be thicker and even ... so shes like go wash your hands i immediately went to stephanie someone thats done my nails before and shes good ... told her what the issue is and she starts talking in her language.... To tell the girl what i said, im guessing shes explaining to her what she shouldve done cuz shes examining my nails as shes talking . Long story SHORTEND : I explained to stephanie thank you for fixing my nails but i didnt get what i wanted i didnt get the black nail polish i didnt have my long nails and i was late picking my boyfriend up . So it was an inconvenience im not laying no $60 ... ill pay $40 . But her and the other lady wants to argue with me ... im like no im deciding to pay because you spent time fixing my nails ... you didnt have to but I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THE CLIENT AINT HAPPY OR YOU GUYS MESSED UP GIVE A DISCOUNT... she was not accepting anything less than $60 so im like look either i pay you $50 or ima step becuase yall not about to argue with me over the damn price and in still trynna give Stephanie a $10 tip shes like its too late its okay sorry we messed up in a very nasty way like I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE JUST BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE AND THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH . How you charge another lady $45 for long gel polish and fill in ... but want to charge me $60+ no this aint right ...
