I have bought 2 pair of glasses from this location, only to have both pair damaged by them. The first pair I bought were damaged when the sales person tried to adjust the fit by manually bending the joint on the frame. These were eventually warrantee; however, they no longer carried that frame so I had to pick out a new frame. This pair fit fine until I had a new lens prescription installed. Not only did I call 3 times to ask where they were when I never received them in the mail only to find out the employee I spoke with, who said they were being mailed asap, just shoved them in a drawer instead without so much as a note on them. When I finally got them back they were so loose they feel off when I looked down. I have been back 4 times now to have them adjusted only to have them migrate back to the stretched out form within days of use. Now I am haggling with them over a warrantee on these.
Bottom line….get your glasses somewhere else!!!
As a follow up. One of the managers ended up ordering a replacement frame for me and I very much appreciated it. However, after everything I will likely find another place for exams, contacts, and frames.

My eye exam was fine and I got a referral to some specialist that I needed. The contacts I ordered were sent to my house and arrived quickly. My glasses are where everything fell apart.
I had my initial eye exam March 12 and still don’t have my glasses with updated lenses and it’s July 1 on Monday. I didn’t like any of the frames at their store better than the ones I currently have, so they were going to replace my lenses with the updated prescription. After not hearing anything for 6 weeks, I called and something must have happened because they still weren’t ready. Then when I brought the glasses to have my new lenses put in, the lenses were apparently cut wrong, so they took my frames and sent them to have the new lenses put in.
Then, I’m not sure if they put in the wrong prescription or cut the progress lenses wrong, but it was nearly impossible to read with my new lenses. I’ve worn progressive lenses for over 3 years, so it’s not that I’m new to these types of glasses. I was irate that after over 2 months of waiting for my updated prescription lenses I was seeing far worse than before, especially given how much this type of lens cost. So I brought them back and the guy said that my pupil had been measured wrong. So, he remeasured And assured me all would be fixed.
Four weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything, so I called and apparently they never got sent out. So she said she would put a rush on them. Then this Friday June 28, I go to pick them up - mind you this is already the 3rd time I’ve tried to get them. So, he hands them to me and they are BIFOCALS with the little box. I was like, what is this? I ordered progressive lenses. They were like no, it says here this type. And I said “No. I originally ordered these in March and I have NEVER had bifocals, I’ve only had progressive lenses”. So the manger looks them up in the computer and apologizes and said she misunderstood the update when she sent them.
My husband told me I should ask for a manager, but she is the one who has handled my issues every time and they are still not fixed. I’m super angry because I’ve been using glasses that are 5 years old and not progressives and by the time they actually get it right, it will probably be time for new glasses again.
Do not, under any circumstances try to get glasses - especially progressive lenses - from this store. The worst experience of my life for glasses and I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years. It’s four months later I’m still waiting for my expensive lenses.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at MyEyeDr. I received a prescription that was significantly less strong than my previous one. The optometrist provided no explanation for this change, leaving me confused and concerned about the accuracy of the prescription.
I submitted a complaint through their customer feedback form, hoping for a resolution. A sales staffer from the store did reach out, but when I reiterated my main issue with the seemingly incorrect prescription, I never heard back after 2 weeks. Most of my interactions have been with sales staff rather than medical providers, which is frustrating when you're trying to resolve a medical issue. This lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable.
UPDATE: A staff member responded below saying they attempted to reach out to me by phone and email to address my concerns. However, they called at 9:30am the day after I made this one-star review and sent the below message 4 minutes later. I plan to call them back and update the review.

Very uncomfortable experience. I was looking at my phone in the waiting room and a staff member came up to me and slapped my leg and said to “pick my head up.” I hadn’t spoken with them before and it was incredibly awkward. Not coming back after going to MyEyeDoctors for years.
