i advise all not to do business here. not only does ticket issuers stand outside to ticket anyone who parks on the street, the service inside of building is terrible, i will not be doing business here again

Very terrible bank and specially this branch no tellers at all during noon time, no one there but two employees one was helping a customer the other lady doing nothing at all, no one to greet or has the curiosity to tell you we will be with you. M&T definitely after this lost my business. Might as well close this branch.

Google says you close at 5pm and that’s what I expect. Change it so people can know. This a very big inconvenience. One of the worst banks in this area. Other banks open until 5 but this one.

I was unable to locate this place on my own. When I called, the people there were helpful and courtious so they gave me directions. They were also very knolgable about the bank. Thank you.

The visit was pleasant. There was a short wait in line, and the teller seemed to be doing a good job maintaining her cool explaining to a very loud and angry customer bank policy. Good thing there was glass between them; I thought he would strike! I came to withdraw a check because I did not have an account with M&T Bank. I asked the teller to check whether there was sufficient funds because I did not want to experience a bounced check fee from my bank. The teller told me that if I withdrew the check there would be a $25 fee. I thanked her for her help and went to my own bank. I would come back to this location because it is convenient to my work.
