Not bad. The room is conforable, and the Air condition is good to warm the room (especially for the trip in Winter). The only defect is lacking the hot water, or the apparatus to prepare the hot water.

good location, nice hotel, great bar. The rooms are TINY but you get what you need. It's a good value given how much everything else in the area costs and honestly they ended up having one of the best bars I found in the city.

This hotel was perfect for my solo trip. Christiaan and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was small but just what was needed in DC since I wasn't in it most of the time?. Will definitely be booking here next time I come to DC!
