After sales service is a disgrace!My son accidentally scratched his Moncler jacket and we dropped it off at the DC store for repair. The sales lady told us repairs took a long time, up to 4-6 weeks. Now it's been 3 months, we still have not gotten the jacket back. There is no update, no way to inquire what's going on, and no way to expedite it. The DC store's phone number never works. Central customer service number doesn't know anything. I had to drive a hour to the store to find out what's going on. Other than "still waiting for repair," there is no information available. Now we not only went through a winter without the jacket, my son is growing out of its size!The ladies in the store were very nice and I know this is not their fault at all. But you would think for the price Moncler charges there would be a half decent customer service. If Moncler is trying to destroy its brand and make sure customers don't come back, they are doing a great job!

Treated poorly. Was barely acknowledged when walking in and finally when I was trying on a coat they asked to help me. They were nice then but I still felt like they were patronizing me. The only thing good about the experience was walking out with a nice ski jacket.

It's great to have Moncler in the heart of DC. I’ve been doing business @ the Center City location for over 3 years. The staff is always a pleasure to work with, I’ve been able to build a rapport/ profile with my likes and the staff sends me pics of new arrivals as it's even harder to find new arrivals in XL – XXL depending on how the design is cut. Keep up the great work above and beyond Team Center City Moncler.

Wish I could give this store a ZERO Star Rating!!! We were all very excited to visit the store - as we planned on purchasing jackets. The Manager finally opened the door after we stood there for 15 seconds. Sales person was too busy on the phone. First of all -- I have shopped at many high end retail stores and have never left any of those stores empty handed or upset!!! After looking through the store, I found the jacket that I liked and so did my husband. We were going to purchase both jackets. Disappointingly, the jacket I liked did not have my size, so they had to order it. I was fine with that -- ordering and waiting, even though I was hoping for the both of us to walk out with jackets. THEN .... when the sales person was about to order my jacket -- I noticed the price difference from the jacket that was on the floor compared with the on-line jacket. First of all the sales person tried to hid that fact from me and later when I confronted her and the manager with it -- they said its a mistake in the tag. I said what mistake -- the tag clearly states $2480 here. It is not my problem or issue that you and the Manager failed to do your job and update the pricing on the tags. I told them according to law and as a common courtesy they need to honor the pricing that is displayed in the store. They became short and rude and said sorry we can't. I told them they just lost out on TWO sales which would be over $5,000. I thought Moncler prided themselves on customer service...dissappointing.Per CA Business & Professions Code Section 12024. 2. (a) It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following: (1) Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, POSTED, MARKED, DISPLAYED or QUOTED for that commodity.

First of all, I came on Sunday and the hours are incorrect on the website and Google, they open at 12, not 11. The selection is very limited and they didn’t offer everything on the website. When I referred to what I was looking at, the sales assistant looked at me as if I was crazy to ask. They gave me a totally different shoe then what I was looking for. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this branch, they have much better selection in other stores or at a Tyson’s.

I feel like I’m stretching a bit by giving three stars. When I called the central line for the company, they were very friendly and informative, and advised me to go in store to try different sizes, but to purchase online in order to get a full refund if return was needed, rather than store credit if I bought at my local store in downtown DC. I explained this to the employee, and right afterwards her demeanor changed and she was very uninterested in helping me. She’s also a bit rude at times. Based on this experience, I would recommend going to the Moncler location in Northern Virginia.

I bought a vest in Paris store in October and realized in the U.S. that the salesman gave me a wrong size. I was originally extremely disappointed and panicked. However, Moncler Paris store and D.C. store worked together to find me a solution very quickly. I thank so much for both stores and especially the DC store manager because she responded very quickly to my calls and brought in my size from another store in the U.S. I will definitely shop at Moncler again!

I had a really good experience buying there, the salesmen was so nice and kind, but there was a sales lady that was looking bad my 3 years old kid, I think she does not like kids in the store. I bought my jacket and I complain about her with the men that was working with me. He said she is French and very special, I did not like when kids are not welcome!

Update your business hours. Went today (Sunday) at 1pm and they were closed. No sign on the door and security stated they should be open. I think their hours are arbitrary.

Wonderful shopping experience each time. The staff and management are patient, knowledgeable, and did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied. The item I wanted was not in stock at the location, but Andre and Devin made sure that I got it in time for my event. I really felt appreciated when I received a follow up message to thank me for coming into the store. Will definitely be returning soon!

A really quiet and intimate environment for an excellent shopping experience. Unfortunately due to the stores size and past thefts, most of the stock is not on view so you need to know what you want if you want to buy something. Devin was very helpful and professional and the other employees also seemed very helpful and professional with other customers.

I was in here while the store got robbed (yes, you read that correctly. ROBBED!!) and the employees did absolutely NOTHING. It was so very unprofessional, one would really expect more from a company as prestigious as Moncler!
