Ended up waiting past my appointment time but they were pretty busy. The doctor was super great, helpful, and answered all my questions!

Terrible service, they told me to leave without being seen after telling me to wait and then ignoring me for an hour

I write this from the waiting room of this clinic, where we have been waiting for 45 minutes since my kid’s scheduled flu shot. No staff have checked with us, or acknowledged they are running late. Avoid this service if you value your time.

NEVER GO HERE. These “doctors” if you even want to call them that are so inept of doing anything and if it takes too long to treat you they’ll tell you to go somewhere else because “it messes the schedule”. Truly unbelievable, especially the black lady doctor in there she was absolutely horrible

They run very late even if you have an appointment. It's awful. Zero stars for this hellhole.

Worst service, the nurse made me wait more than a hour without tell me anything. Then get mad because I nock the door to see what happen. I when feeling bad and the attention and the wait did everything worse. If they give you an hour for the appointment, it is because they should see you close to that time.

You will wait forever. I am still waiting to be seen 1.5hr after my scheduled appointment time. Be ready to camp out.

I just saw Nurse Practitioner Vivian for my Covid and flu vaccine and I can’t express how lovely the entire experience was. She was sooo sweet and informative; explained everything I needed to know about the doses I was receiving. Highly recommend going to this minute clinic and seeing if you can have Vivian as your nurse. You won’t be disappointed!

They should really call it 1-hour clinic because even if you have an appointment, you will have to wait--usually for a long time beyond your scheduled time. Otherwise, the care seems fine for basic stuff and the price is right. So basically, come here if you don't value your time.

Walked in with three kids for flu shots. Signed in and waited twenty minutes. 2 people working. One patient was being seen. Could only make an appointment for myself. After waiting another ten minutes with no patients being served, my name was called. Would not give my kids flu shots without appointments. They lectured for at least 5 more minutes about why they were too busy to give my kids flu shots. They promised somebody was coming who had an appointment. They talked about how there were only 25 appointments for each day. Makes no sense why they have a sign up that says “walk-ins welcome” or that they call themselves a “minute clinic.” In the time I was there with nobody else there, my kids data could have been entered and shots administered. Big waste of time.

Dr. Baron (I think his name was) is the nicest person ever! I set an appointment for a rapid test because Cvs has the service online but when I got there they informed me that they didn't do those tests yet. The doctor exhausted every option he had trying to help me, calling other stores and all. Finally he gave me a list of places to go and even an address that would take my insurance. He did so much that he didn't need to do and I'm so thankful!

I would give this a one star if it were not for a great doctor there named Bernard who works weekends. He is very good AND LISTENS.However I recently went back and there was an older Indian female doctor who was terrible and the worst medical experience I've had. I complained to the manager of the store and was supposed to get a call back from the MinuteClinic supervisor but never did. This lady was not only your typical know-it-all doctor but she kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to what I had to say and then refused to refill a prescription which was medically necessary, also noting that it was a judgment call... Meaning she could have.It was not for any narcotic or pain relief, it was for an a chronic condition I've been taking meds for 10 years. Never had an issue before with a prescriber be anything but happy to prescribe. Unbelievably negligent. On the way out I told her she is not a good doctor and does not put her patients needs first. But I guess there's a reason she's working in a Minute Clinic in Northwest DC.The next day I was seen and treated at Georgetown MedStar which is a completely opposite experience first class all the way.I will never return to this Minute clinic.

I went to this clinic today with allergic eyes! Dr. Nkeiruka Muonagolu is very serious and responsible! Also very patient! I was also very careful in testing! She patiently asked about the food and surrounding environment that I had been in contact with in the past! Thank you very much ?!

Appointment was prompt and I got what I needed. Nurse practitioner was super kind and professional. I would go here again if needed. I was in and out in less than 25 mins including getting my prescription.
