Lacks customer service - one gal it felt like was purposefully unhelpful. Was not a typical Michael’s experience!

It is a small store compared to most of the others. Lacks cleanliness and customer service.

3rd time it's let me order on the app only to get there and they can't find or dont have what I ordered. Maybe they can fix whatever so if it's not there, then you can't order, pay, and go get it only to be told "sorry, it's not available." Otherwise I would not have wasted half my day.
