Just Plain Bad. First of all it should be noted that this location is permanently closed. Sad but good if they didn't have the ability to hire quality employees. It was always a runaround going here anyway but it just so happened to be in a convenient spot.

This store is close to where I live so I frequent here for my phone needs. There's a Hispanic lady that works there and seemed real cool. We would always laugh and chat etc. My problem is I don't like when someone tries to take advantage of me or a situation. I understand the whole commission aspect etc but don't force anything on anyone. I always buy my screen protector and phone case from Amazon. ALWAYS. It's way cheaper and I like privacy screens which the store doesn't sell. The lady would sometimes give me a screen protector for free because naturally I have to wait for Amazon but yesterday i told her that I didn't want or need either, the $40 bundle deal and she still charged me for the case, which I thought was free due to her normally giving me a free item. I will never pay for a phone case from there. It's overpriced. Will be returning today for a refund

I was only coming in to buy a new battery for my phone but the young lady said they did not sell batteries and asked me a couple of questions as to what do I use my device for and showed around a couple of phones, she helped me transfer all of my information into the new device she was very patient lovely young lady with short hair thank you so much

The guy who I talked to , I was trying to buy a iPhone charger cord & it was only 5:42 & I got to the store at 5:55 and he closed the store & basically wasted my time

I would would like to start off by saying that I have been a customer a MetroPCS for approximately a year-and-a-half now! I've been into three MetroPCS locations! This particular one is the CLOSEST one to my home! Yet, I cannot get any of my needs met when I go to this location!! I first stepped into this location to purchase a new phone, only to turn around and walk back out the store after being met with a rude saleswoman! Needless to say I had to go to another location to purchase a phone! On the next two visits to this location I attempted to pay my phone bill which is usually in cash, both times I was told that the system was down and I had to go to another location to make a payment on my bill! On my next visit to this location I was there in time before they closed to pay my bill, only for the young man to tell me that he was closed when they were not supposed to be! Last Friday was my final time going to this location! Go in to pay my bill only to be told that there are not accepting cash because of covid-19, which means yet again I could not pay my phone bill at this location!! If I could give this location of zero I would do so but I had to at least give it a one in order to post a review!???

I went to pay my phone bill and they are the closest store to me there system is down so they couldn't take my cash to pay my phone bill

I didn’t physically go into the store but I did call asking about installment plans in a cell. I had a problem with the person salesperson I guess explaining the installments of the phone. Her tone was angry and unpleasantly wanting to be on the phone. Teach one each one.

Went last week and was told by an employee that I could activate a phone for one of my employees for under $100. Went yesterday and all of a sudden there's no free phones and have to pay $200 plus, something seems shady here....went to another Metro pcs and getting a free phone activated for under $80
